【摘要】：地方綜合檔案館作為檔案資源建設(shè)的主體,在社會(huì)中尤其是地方建設(shè)中扮演著重要的角色。為了使地方綜合檔案館的檔案資源更加齊全完整、豐富多元,就必須完善檔案進(jìn)館工作。檔案進(jìn)館工作主要包括檔案接收進(jìn)館、檔案征集進(jìn)館以及相關(guān)的檔案進(jìn)館鑒定工作。隨著地方在各個(gè)方面的迅速發(fā)展,人們對(duì)信息資源的利用需求逐漸增多,地方綜合檔案館在檔案的接收與征集工作上發(fā)生了明顯變化,這種變化不僅體現(xiàn)在政策方面,還體現(xiàn)在檔案進(jìn)館的時(shí)間、范圍、類型等與檔案館之間產(chǎn)生的矛盾。針對(duì)檔案館在實(shí)際工作中產(chǎn)生的問題,再依據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)查的結(jié)果給出相應(yīng)的解決措施,幫助地方綜合檔案館更好地開展檔案進(jìn)館工作,保證應(yīng)進(jìn)館的檔案全部接收進(jìn)館,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化館藏資源建設(shè),為社會(huì)提供公共服務(wù)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:As the main body of archives resources construction, local comprehensive archives play an important role in society, especially in local construction. In order to make the archives of local comprehensive archives more complete, rich and diverse, we must improve the work of archives entering the library. The work of archival entry mainly includes receiving archives, collecting archives and identifying relevant archives. With the rapid development of local areas in various aspects, people's demand for the use of information resources has gradually increased, and the local comprehensive archives have undergone obvious changes in the work of receiving and soliciting archives, which is not only reflected in the policy aspects. It is also reflected in the contradiction between the time, scope and type of file entry and archives. In view of the problems arising from the actual work of the archives, the corresponding solutions are given according to the results of the actual investigation, to help the local comprehensive archives to better carry out the work of entering the archives, and to ensure that all the files that should be entered into the archives are received into the archives. In order to achieve the goal of optimizing the construction of collection resources and providing public services to the society.
