【摘要】：過往對(duì)學(xué)科知識(shí)流動(dòng)的研究聚焦在淺層的學(xué)者間合作,更深層次由于師資流動(dòng)帶來的知識(shí)流動(dòng)則較少受到關(guān)注。只有結(jié)合這兩個(gè)層次,才能更全面繪學(xué)科知識(shí)流動(dòng)全貌。由于分布不均,知識(shí)流動(dòng)進(jìn)一步形成了大大小小學(xué)術(shù)共同體,這些學(xué)術(shù)共同體共同構(gòu)成了如今我國新聞傳播學(xué)科的樣貌,并持續(xù)影響著新的知識(shí)流動(dòng)。本文分別以高校和學(xué)者為單位,分析我國新聞傳播學(xué)科的知識(shí)流動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和學(xué)術(shù)共同體。具體而言,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度、聚類系數(shù)和平均路徑長(zhǎng)度等分析指標(biāo)入手,對(duì)國內(nèi)49所高校以及復(fù)旦大學(xué)新聞傳播學(xué)院教師進(jìn)行社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究。結(jié)果表明:整體上看我國新聞傳播學(xué)科知識(shí)流動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息暢通,連接疏散,資源聚集度高,高產(chǎn)院校之間更愿意合作。從子群角度分析,我國新聞傳播學(xué)科知識(shí)流動(dòng)小團(tuán)體現(xiàn)象初顯,這將影響學(xué)科整體知識(shí)流動(dòng),進(jìn)而造成學(xué)科知識(shí)的割裂。另外,同一地區(qū)的高校更傾向于相互合作,說明我國新聞傳播學(xué)科知識(shí)流動(dòng)還受到地域的制約。學(xué)術(shù)共同體是一個(gè)典型的強(qiáng)關(guān)系為主的網(wǎng)絡(luò),合作的學(xué)者之間往往是師生關(guān)系、同門關(guān)系、校友關(guān)系等,彼此之間知識(shí)存在較大的相似性。最后,進(jìn)一步分析了造成這種現(xiàn)象的原因以及對(duì)新聞傳播學(xué)科發(fā)展的啟示。
[Abstract]:In the past, researches on knowledge flow in disciplines focused on the cooperation among scholars at the shallow level, but less attention was paid to the flow of knowledge at the deeper level because of the flow of teachers. Only by combining these two levels, Because of the uneven distribution, the flow of knowledge has further formed academic communities, large and small, which together constitute the appearance of the journalism and communication disciplines in our country today. This paper analyzes the knowledge flow network and academic community of the journalism and communication discipline in China. In particular, from the network density, the paper analyzes the new knowledge flow in universities and scholars. Based on the analysis of clustering coefficient and average path length, this paper studies the social network of teachers in 49 colleges and universities and the School of Journalism and Communication of Fudan University in China. The results show that the flow of knowledge in the field of news communication in our country is smooth on the whole. From the perspective of subgroup analysis, the phenomenon of small groups of knowledge flow in journalism and communication disciplines in China is emerging, which will affect the overall knowledge flow of disciplines. In addition, colleges and universities in the same area tend to cooperate with each other, indicating that the flow of knowledge in the field of journalism and communication in China is also restricted by the region. The academic community is a typical network of strong relationships. There are some similarities between the scholars who cooperate with each other, such as teacher-student relationship, homogenous relationship, alumni relationship, etc. Finally, the causes of this phenomenon and the enlightenment to the development of journalism and communication discipline are analyzed.
