乙酸環(huán)境對(duì)檔案紙張及字跡耐久性的影響

【摘要】:采用環(huán)境模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)艙法探究了在微環(huán)境中乙酸氣體對(duì)生宣、熟宣、信紙和A4紙耐久性及檔案字跡的影響。結(jié)果表明,乙酸氣體對(duì)紙張的物理強(qiáng)度、酸度、白度和字跡均有一定程度的負(fù)面影響。通過(guò)使用掃描電鏡(SEM)和X射線熒光光譜(XRF)進(jìn)一步分析探討了乙酸氣體對(duì)紙張作用的機(jī)理,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)乙酸氣體會(huì)使紙張中的填料發(fā)生團(tuán)聚,降低紙張的聚合度和結(jié)晶度。
[Abstract]:The effects of acetic acid gas on the durability and archival handwriting of paper in microenvironment were investigated by means of environmental simulation. The results showed that the physical strength and acidity of the paper were affected by acetic acid gas. Both whiteness and handwriting have some negative effects. The mechanism of acetic acid gas acting on paper is further analyzed by using SEM and XRF. It is found that acetic acid gas can agglomerate the fillers in paper. Reduce the degree of polymerization and crystallinity of paper.
