【摘要】：日本國立公文書館、防衛(wèi)省防衛(wèi)研究所、厚生勞動省保存的細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)文件檔案能夠全方位地揭示日本細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)部隊鮮為人知的歷史事實。通過對這些檔案文件的研究可以認(rèn)定,以七三一部隊為代表的日本細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)部隊在組建和擴張過程中得到了日本內(nèi)閣、陸軍省、外務(wù)省、關(guān)東軍等多方支持。這些細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)命令和相關(guān)文件檔案有助于揭示日本準(zhǔn)備和實施細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)和人體實驗的戰(zhàn)時行為、戰(zhàn)爭犯罪和戰(zhàn)后危害,對于我們從日本國家犯罪視角認(rèn)識日本細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)的總體規(guī)模、作戰(zhàn)體系和活動范圍有著重要的價值。
[Abstract]:Japan National Library of official Records, Defense Institute of the Ministry of Defence. The files of bacteriological warfare files preserved by the Ministry of Health and Labor can reveal the unknown historical facts of the Japanese bacteriological warfare troops in all directions. The Japanese bacteriological warfare troops represented by the 731 troops were formed and expanded by the Japanese Cabinet, the Ministry of Land and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Guandong Army and other support. These bacteriological warfare orders and related files help to reveal Japan's wartime behavior, war crimes, and postwar hazards in preparing for and carrying out bacteriological warfare and human experiments. It is of great value for us to understand the total scale, operational system and range of activities of Japanese bacteriological warfare from the perspective of Japanese national crime.
