【摘要】：本文基于當(dāng)前盲人獲取圖形圖像信息的情況,分析了圖書(shū)館在"讀圖時(shí)代"開(kāi)展盲人觸覺(jué)圖形服務(wù)的必要性,并從資源建設(shè)、借還流通、閱讀指導(dǎo)3個(gè)方面介紹了國(guó)外圖書(shū)館開(kāi)展觸覺(jué)圖形服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而提出我國(guó)圖書(shū)館開(kāi)展盲人觸覺(jué)圖形服務(wù)的建議,以期改變盲人無(wú)法讀取圖形信息的現(xiàn)狀,使盲人能夠通過(guò)觸覺(jué)無(wú)障礙地獲取圖形信息。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of blind people obtaining graphic and image information, this paper analyzes the necessity of developing the blind tactile graphics service in the "Reading Picture Age" in the library, and from the construction of resources to circulation. This paper introduces the present situation of the tactile graphics service in foreign libraries from three aspects of reading guidance, and then puts forward some suggestions for the development of tactile graphics service in Chinese libraries in order to change the situation that blind people cannot read graphic information. Enables blind people to access graphic information without hindrance through touch.
