【摘要】：本文以CNKI和WOS收錄的2003—2017年開放式創(chuàng)新文獻(xiàn)為研究對象,運用可視化工具Citespace II進(jìn)行知識圖譜分析,并進(jìn)一步將基于價值創(chuàng)新視角的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行圖譜內(nèi)容分析,梳理了服務(wù)型企業(yè)內(nèi)部價值創(chuàng)造、與合作方價值協(xié)同、與顧客之間價值共創(chuàng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺價值融合的開放式創(chuàng)新模型的橫向圖譜,且從中英文文獻(xiàn)趨勢總結(jié)了服務(wù)型企業(yè)開放式創(chuàng)新趨勢的縱向圖譜。構(gòu)建并分析了包含企業(yè)的外部系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)以及基于眾包模式的運行機制三大模塊的服務(wù)型企業(yè)開放式創(chuàng)新模型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the open innovation literature collected by CNKI and WOS from 2003 to 2017 is taken as the research object, and the knowledge map analysis is carried out with the visual tool Citespace II. And further based on the value innovation perspective of the literature map content analysis, combing the internal value creation of service-oriented enterprises, and cooperation with the value of cooperation, and create value between customers. The horizontal map of open innovation model with value fusion of network platform, and the vertical map of open innovation trend of service enterprises are summarized in the literature trend of Chinese and English, and the external system including enterprises is constructed and analyzed. The open innovation model of service enterprises based on internal system and three modules of operation mechanism based on crowdsourcing mode.
