【摘要】：當(dāng)資本成為中國(guó)社會(huì)主義發(fā)展不可分割的組成部分的時(shí)候,網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間資本邏輯和政治邏輯呈現(xiàn)出了融合與沖突并存的態(tài)勢(shì),資本邏輯在推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)繁榮發(fā)展的同時(shí)引發(fā)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間話語(yǔ)權(quán)力的重新分配,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生了話語(yǔ)權(quán)力事實(shí)上的不平等。提升中國(guó)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)話語(yǔ)權(quán)建設(shè)實(shí)效,需要在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間運(yùn)用政治權(quán)力來(lái)引導(dǎo)和超越資本力量,將信息技術(shù)資本的強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力與社會(huì)主義發(fā)展有效結(jié)合起來(lái)。在通過(guò)協(xié)商對(duì)話機(jī)制凝聚網(wǎng)絡(luò)多元意識(shí)形態(tài)的同時(shí),還需要展開(kāi)對(duì)信息技術(shù)資本的辯證批判和政策制度的引導(dǎo)與規(guī)制。
[Abstract]:When capital becomes an integral part of the development of socialism in China, the logic of cyberspace capital and political logic presents a situation of integration and conflict. The capital logic not only promotes the development of network prosperity, but also leads to the redistribution of discourse power in cyberspace, which leads to the inequality of discourse power. In order to promote the actual effect of the construction of network discourse power in China's mainstream ideology, it is necessary to use political power in cyberspace to guide and transcend the capital power, and to effectively combine the strong power of information technology capital with the development of socialism. At the same time, the dialectical criticism of information technology capital and the guidance and regulation of policy system should be carried out while the multi-ideology of network is condensed through the mechanism of consultation and dialogue.
