【摘要】：中國共產黨第十七屆六中全會部署了文化強國的戰(zhàn)略方針,掀起了社會主義文化大發(fā)展、大繁榮的高潮；十八大報告明確指出要扎實推進社會主義文化強國建設,深刻闡述了文化建設在全面建成小康社會、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興中的意義及作用。文化強國戰(zhàn)略是增強我國文化軟實力,提高我國綜合國力的重大舉措,是經(jīng)濟、政治、社會、文化、生態(tài)“五位一體”建設的內在要求,更是實現(xiàn)“中國夢”的重要支撐。 思想政治教育與文化有著內在聯(lián)系,作為意識形態(tài)的教育,它內涵著文化意蘊。思想政治教育是我國文化強國戰(zhàn)略的訴求,這主要表現(xiàn)在：思想政治教育與文化息息相關,思想政治教育本身就是一種文化形式：思想政治教育是文化強國戰(zhàn)略的重要內容,文化強國戰(zhàn)略開闊了思想政治教育的視野；思想政治教育在文化強國戰(zhàn)略實施過程中充當角色具有可行性。而思想政治教育在文化強國戰(zhàn)略實施過程中擔當角色是其地位的體現(xiàn),它擔當著“導航”角色,表現(xiàn)在為文化建設方向“導航”、對亞文化的正確引導這兩個方面；擔當著“澄清”角色,表現(xiàn)在文化強國戰(zhàn)略實施過程中警惕“去政治化”和防止“泛政治化”這兩個方面；它還擔當“制造”角色,表現(xiàn)在理論探討中創(chuàng)造先進文化、在實踐中孕育先進文化、在與優(yōu)秀外來文化碰撞中再造先進文化。但是,思想政治教育在文化強國戰(zhàn)略實施過程中的角色擔當會受到外界因素的干擾,而角色調適正是思想政治教育角色在我國文化強國戰(zhàn)略中的走向維度。思想政治教育在文化強國戰(zhàn)略實施過程中的角色挑戰(zhàn)主要來自多元的文化環(huán)境、思想政治教育文化功能的擴展度、思想政治教育載體欠開發(fā)等方面。因此,文化強國戰(zhàn)略實施過程中思想政治教育的角色調適要求思想政治教育自信地立足全球文化多元化態(tài)勢,大力拓展思想政治教育的文化功能,多維度地開發(fā)思想政治教育載體。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China laid out the strategic policy of the cultural power and set off the climax of the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress clearly points out that it is necessary to promote the construction of a socialist cultural power in a down-to-earth manner, and profoundly expounds the significance and role of cultural construction in building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The strategy of cultural power is an important measure to strengthen our country's cultural soft power and improve our country's comprehensive national strength. It is the internal requirement of the construction of "five in one" of economy, politics, society, culture and ecology, and it is also the important support to realize "Chinese Dream". Ideological and political education and culture have internal relations, as ideological education, it contains cultural implications. Ideological and political education is the pursuit of the strategy of our country's cultural power, which is mainly manifested in: ideological and political education is closely related to culture, ideological and political education itself is a form of culture: ideological and political education is an important content of the strategy of cultural power. The strategy of cultural power broadens the vision of ideological and political education; It is feasible for ideological and political education to play a role in the implementation of the strategy of cultural power. The role of ideological and political education in the implementation of the strategy of cultural power is the embodiment of its status. It plays the role of "navigation", which is manifested in the direction of cultural construction "navigation" and the correct guidance of subculture. The role of "clarification" is manifested in the two aspects of vigilance of "depoliticization" and prevention of "pan-politicization" in the process of implementing the strategy of cultural power. It also plays the role of "manufacture", which is manifested in the creation of advanced culture in theoretical discussion, the breeding of advanced culture in practice, and the reconstruction of advanced culture in the collision with excellent foreign culture. However, the role of ideological and political education in the implementation of the strategy of cultural power will be interfered by external factors, and the role adjustment is the orientation dimension of the role of ideological and political education in the strategy of cultural power in our country. The role challenge of ideological and political education in the implementation of the strategy of cultural power mainly comes from the pluralistic cultural environment, the expansion of the cultural function of ideological and political education, and the lack of development of the carrier of ideological and political education. Therefore, the role adjustment of ideological and political education in the process of implementing the strategy of cultural power requires ideological and political education to base itself on the global cultural diversity situation and expand the cultural function of ideological and political education. To develop the carrier of ideological and political education in many dimensions.
