【摘要】：開展城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作，是構建和諧社會、全面推進小康社會的核心內容，，是為建設具有中國特色的社會主義國家保駕護航。在科學發(fā)展觀的指導下，城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作能夠提升社區(qū)居民綜合素質，促進他們進步，其核心就是促進人的全面發(fā)展，具體表現(xiàn)為：（1）城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作能夠使社區(qū)氛圍和諧、穩(wěn)定、安全，在增強了社區(qū)環(huán)境的同時贏得社區(qū)居民的青睞，達到“以境造人”的目的；（2）城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作有利于解決轉型時期出現(xiàn)的各種矛盾，由于全球化、社會轉型和經濟體制的不斷改革，各種矛盾日益暴露出來。為了在小范圍內緩和化解這些矛盾，加強城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作，充分發(fā)揮其功能與作用，才能維護社會穩(wěn)定、長治久安。 本文用四部分對城市社區(qū)的思想政治教育工作進行研究。首先是緒論，介紹了研究的依據、背景、國內外研究綜述和研究的思路方法；緊接著闡述了城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的相關內涵、方法以及城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的必要性；第三部分是對城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作現(xiàn)狀的分析；根據對于現(xiàn)狀的分析得到第四部分，也就是本文的重點，完善城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作機制的六項基本途徑:(1)綜合協(xié)調城市社區(qū)各組織的思想政治教育效力，(2)豐富拓展城市社區(qū)思想政治教育的內容，（3）維持城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的投入機制，（4）改善城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的保障機制，（5）優(yōu)化城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的內外環(huán)境，（6）建立城市社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的載體意識。
[Abstract]:To carry out ideological and political education in urban communities is the core content of building a harmonious society and promoting a well-off society in an all-round way. It is also a guarantee for the construction of a socialist country with Chinese characteristics. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, ideological and political education in urban communities can promote the comprehensive quality of community residents and promote their progress, the core of which is to promote the overall development of people. The concrete manifestation is: (1) the urban community ideological and political education work can make the community atmosphere harmonious, stable and safe, and win the favor of the community residents while strengthening the community environment, and achieve the goal of "creating people by the environment"; (2) the ideological and political education in urban communities is helpful to solve the contradictions in the period of transformation. As a result of globalization, social transformation and the constant reform of economic system, all kinds of contradictions are exposed day by day. In order to defuse these contradictions in a small range, strengthen the ideological and political education in urban communities, and give full play to its functions and functions, social stability and long-term stability can be maintained. This paper studies the ideological and political education in urban communities in four parts. First is the introduction, introduces the research basis, the background, the domestic and foreign research summary and the research thought method; then elaborated the urban community ideological and political education work related connotation, Methods and the necessity of ideological and political education in urban communities; the third part is the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education in urban communities; according to the analysis of the status quo, the fourth part, which is the focus of this paper, Six basic ways to perfect the working mechanism of ideological and political education in urban communities are as follows: (1) comprehensive coordination of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in urban communities, (2) enriching and expanding the contents of ideological and political education in urban communities, (3) maintaining the thinking of urban communities Think of the input mechanism of the political education work, (4) improve the guarantee mechanism of the urban community ideological and political education work, (5) optimize the internal and external environment of the urban community ideological and political education work, (6) establish the carrier consciousness of the urban community ideological and political education work.
