武陵山區(qū)少數(shù)民族道德教育研究

【摘要】:武陵山區(qū)代指武陵山片區(qū),包括湘鄂渝黔四省市12個市州的71個縣市區(qū),有土家、苗、侗、瑤、白等40多個少數(shù)民族,少數(shù)民族人口1640萬,是全國集中連片貧困地區(qū)之一和國家重點(diǎn)扶持的區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和扶貧攻堅(jiān)試點(diǎn)片區(qū)。 該片區(qū)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)道德是在封閉的自然環(huán)境、落后的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、淳樸的人文環(huán)境等背景中傳承的,有著悠久的歷史傳統(tǒng)。這些傳統(tǒng)面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、社會現(xiàn)代化、西方道德觀念,國內(nèi)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)、務(wù)工大潮等因素的巨大沖擊;面臨著自身素質(zhì)和傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)、生活、交往、習(xí)俗等因素的嚴(yán)重影響,面臨著取向、目標(biāo)、路徑,個性與共性的交融發(fā)展,內(nèi)容與形式的傳承弘揚(yáng)等嚴(yán)峻問題。 研究這些問題,是提高域內(nèi)少數(shù)民族居民道德素質(zhì)、傳承域內(nèi)各民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,加強(qiáng)社會主義道德教育和精神文明建設(shè),加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和扶貧攻堅(jiān),促進(jìn)民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步等多方面的迫切需要,具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文按照歷史——現(xiàn)狀——問題——對策的總體思路,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)、調(diào)查、實(shí)證、案例等方法,系統(tǒng)研究域內(nèi)民族道德教育的上述問題。 域內(nèi)民族道德教育有其歷史、靜態(tài)、動態(tài)、內(nèi)容、形式等方面的構(gòu)成。有其歷史文化、社會公德、家庭美德、職業(yè)道德、生態(tài)倫理等豐富內(nèi)容,有其生產(chǎn)、生活、民俗、節(jié)事,歌舞、文學(xué)等多彩形式。 域內(nèi)民族道德教育的內(nèi)容與形式既表現(xiàn)為語言、信仰、習(xí)俗、等方面的民族個性,又有傳承久遠(yuǎn)、積淀厚重、分布廣泛、種類多樣,地方性、民族性、娛樂性、奇特性等共性。這些個性與共性相互依賴、相互滲透、相互交融,進(jìn)而在相互交融中實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新弘揚(yáng)。 域內(nèi)民族道德教育的和諧交融與創(chuàng)新弘揚(yáng)是其內(nèi)在矛盾運(yùn)動的必然,是多元文化歷史發(fā)展的必然,它的總體方向是前進(jìn)上升和文明進(jìn)步的,整體取向是尚高、尚大、尚全、尚和;實(shí)質(zhì)取向是求真、求善、求美、尚德;特色取向是揚(yáng)長、求新、求雅,追求新穎獨(dú)特;實(shí)踐取向是科學(xué)合理、可行實(shí)效;總體目標(biāo)是“和諧”,是整體的“真善美”和“高雅新穎獨(dú)特”之和諧。 域內(nèi)民族道德教育交融發(fā)展,應(yīng)遵循自覺自愿、互相尊重、系統(tǒng)有序等基本原則;可以采用全域化、整體化、多元化、特色化等戰(zhàn)略;通過協(xié)作、互訪,交流、傳播,采借、模仿、順應(yīng)、同化等途徑來實(shí)現(xiàn)。 域內(nèi)民族道德教育的創(chuàng)新弘揚(yáng)必須依循一定的指導(dǎo)思想、價值取向,實(shí)行科學(xué)的功能定位,確定合理的范圍與層次;遵循保護(hù)、本真、揚(yáng)棄、科學(xué)和可持續(xù)等基本原則;選用多元化、整合化、一體化、協(xié)同化等戰(zhàn)略,走縱向、橫向和綜合的交融與創(chuàng)新弘揚(yáng)之路;采用活態(tài)、展示、創(chuàng)作、表演、聲像、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和綜合等模式,運(yùn)用揚(yáng)棄、創(chuàng)新、本土化、民族化、求同存異、微方法、有限全域法等方法;從思想、組織、內(nèi)容、形式、經(jīng)費(fèi)等方面入手,采取有效措施,加強(qiáng)管理,力爭域內(nèi)民族道德教育的不斷輝煌。 域內(nèi)民族道德教育和諧交融、創(chuàng)新弘揚(yáng)的基本趨勢與社會預(yù)期,就是各民族居民道德素質(zhì)的不斷提升、民族的團(tuán)結(jié)和社會的進(jìn)步,由此帶動本片區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、生態(tài)的全面、快速、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Wuling Mountain Area refers to the Wulingshan District , including 71 counties in 12 cities of Hubei , Chongqing and Guizhou provinces , with more than 40 ethnic minorities such as Tujia , Miao , Dong , Yao , Bai et al .

The traditional morality of minority nationality in this area is inherited in the background of closed natural environment , backward economic environment , simple human environment , etc . , and has a long history tradition . These traditions face the great impact of economic globalization , social modernization , western moral concept , domestic market economy , migrant workers and other factors .
Facing the serious influence of their own quality and traditional factors such as production , life , communication , custom and so on , it is confronted with serious problems such as orientation , goal , path , personality and commonness , development , content and form , and so on .

To study these problems , it is an important theoretical and practical significance to improve the moral quality of ethnic minorities in the domain , to inherit the traditional virtues of all nationalities in the domain , to accelerate the development of socialist moral education and spiritual civilization , to speed up the harmonious development of regional economy and to fight poverty , to promote the progress of national unity and so on .

The national moral education in the domain has its historical , static , dynamic , content , form and so on . It has rich contents such as its historical culture , social morality , family virtues , professional ethics , ecological ethics and so on . It has rich contents such as production , life , folklore , festival , song and dance , literature and so on .

The content and form of national moral education in the domain are both language , belief , custom , etc .

The harmonious blending and innovation of the national moral education in the domain is the inevitable result of the contradiction movement . It is the inevitable of the development of the multicultural history . Its general direction is the advancement of the progress and the progress of civilization . The whole orientation is still high , and the whole orientation is still high .
The essential orientation is to seek truth , to seek good , to seek beauty , Shang De ;
The characteristic orientation is the long , new , elegant , the pursuit of novelty and unique ;
The practical orientation is scientific , reasonable and feasible ;

The development of national moral education in the domain should abide by the basic principles of self - awareness , mutual respect , systematic order and so on ;
It is possible to adopt strategies such as global , integrated , diversified , and super - colorization ;
Through collaboration , mutual visits , communication , communication , borrowing , imitation , compliance , assimilation and other approaches .

The innovation of national moral education in the domain must follow certain guiding ideology , value orientation , carry out the function orientation of science , and determine the reasonable range and level ;
Guided by the basic principles of protection , truth , rejection , science and sustainable , etc . ;
Adopting the strategies of diversification , integration , integration and synergy , we should take the road of vertical , horizontal and comprehensive convergence and innovation ;

Starting from the aspects of thought , organization , content , form and fund , take effective measures to strengthen the management and strive to strive for the continuous resplendence of national moral education in the domain .

The harmonious integration of ethnic moral education in the domain , the basic trend of innovation and promotion and the expectation of society , are the continuous promotion of the moral quality of all ethnic residents , the unity of the nation and the progress of society , thus driving the comprehensive , rapid and coordinated development of the economy , culture and ecology of the region .
