【摘要】：自改革開放以來,我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行從逐步建立,到完善股份制改革,已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了30多年的歷史。期間國(guó)家采取了許多措施,來優(yōu)化市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度,我國(guó)的國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的重要組成部分,更成為了聯(lián)系生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)的重要紐帶,為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康快速發(fā)展做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行作為國(guó)有企業(yè)的重要部分,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。而我黨的思想政治工作一直以來是歷經(jīng)數(shù)年的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),也是我國(guó)在建國(guó)時(shí)期的一項(xiàng)重要的政治優(yōu)勢(shì),更是我國(guó)在經(jīng)歷改革開放以及現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要政治保證之一。在國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行金融經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的同時(shí),職工的思想狀況也發(fā)生了一系列變化。而青年職工作為職工體系中最有活力,同時(shí)也是最具創(chuàng)造力的群體,他們的思想政治狀況不僅反應(yīng)了很多個(gè)人意識(shí),也會(huì)對(duì)一個(gè)企業(yè)乃至一個(gè)行業(yè)的改革和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。目前,我國(guó)的國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行正處于新舊機(jī)制轉(zhuǎn)換的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,而關(guān)于我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的青年職工思想政治教育的研究還比較缺乏。因此,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者關(guān)于國(guó)有企業(yè)思想政治教育工作的研究成果,并結(jié)合實(shí)際,對(duì)新形勢(shì)下國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行青年職工思想政治工作進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,成為本文的主要核心內(nèi)容。本文在分析我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行青年職工的思想狀況和思想政治工作中存在問題及其成因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了解決問題的具體對(duì)策,特別是對(duì)創(chuàng)新國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行青年職工思想政治工作機(jī)制提出了實(shí)質(zhì)性建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's state-owned commercial banks have experienced a history of more than 30 years from the gradual establishment to the perfection of the reform of the shareholding system. During this period, the state has taken many measures to optimize the market economy system. Our state-owned commercial banks have become an important part of our economic structure and an important link between production and consumption. For the sustained and healthy rapid development of the national economy has made an important contribution. As an important part of state-owned enterprises, state-owned commercial banks play an important role in the development of economy and finance in China. The ideological and political work of our Party has been through several years of fine tradition, is also an important political advantage in the period of the founding of the people's Republic of China, is also one of the important political guarantees of our country in the reform and opening up and modernization construction. While the state-owned commercial banks carry out financial and economic reforms, a series of changes have taken place in the ideological situation of the staff and workers. As the most dynamic and creative group in the staff system, young workers' ideological and political situation not only reflects a lot of personal consciousness, Will also have a profound impact on the reform and development of an enterprise and even an industry. At present, the state-owned commercial banks of our country are in the key period of the transformation of the new and the old mechanism, but the research on the ideological and political education of the young workers of the state-owned commercial banks is still lacking. Therefore, referring to the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad on ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises, and combining with the practice, this paper investigates and studies the ideological and political work of young workers and staff of state-owned commercial banks under the new situation. Become the main content of this article. Based on the analysis of the ideological situation of the young workers in the state-owned commercial banks and the existing problems and their causes in ideological and political work, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures to solve the problems. In particular, the innovation of the ideological and political work mechanism of state-owned commercial banks young workers put forward substantive recommendations.
