【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,改革開放的深入推進,我國公民的主體意識日益增強,因此,培育公民身份意識具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。公民身份意識是在公民身份理論研究基礎(chǔ)之上產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來的,是指公民對于公民身份理論的認(rèn)識和把握,以及把公民身份所強調(diào)的各種權(quán)利和義務(wù)內(nèi)化為公民自身的行為準(zhǔn)則,成為自身思想當(dāng)中穩(wěn)定的自覺行為,并在處理日常生活中的事務(wù)以及公民處理自身與國家、社會、自然和其他公民之間的關(guān)系都有自己理性的認(rèn)識,不受外界干擾的一種穩(wěn)定的價直觀。 我們處于一個機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的新時期,面對當(dāng)前我國出現(xiàn)的人與自然、社會關(guān)系的深刻變化,人們對權(quán)利和責(zé)任的訴求日益增加,都給人們提出了新的研究課題,而新時期對公民身份研究是時代發(fā)展的需要。公民身份是一個發(fā)展的概念,古希臘城邦時期,亞里士多德是該時期研究公民身份的代表人物,擁有公民身份是貴族身份的象征,公民身份的擁有者數(shù)量極少；羅馬共和國時期,公民身份的獲得權(quán)限相對擴大；中世紀(jì)和文藝復(fù)興時期,亞里士多德公民身份思想得以復(fù)興,該時期男性擁有公民身份的數(shù)量多于女性,男女地位的明顯不平等性；在當(dāng)今西方國家,洛克和霍布斯對公民身份進行了研究,都認(rèn)為公民身份應(yīng)掌握在少數(shù)精英手中。 厘清公民身份的歷史演進,對公民身份的理論傳統(tǒng)進行梳理,公民身份理論傳統(tǒng)包括共和主義公民身份和自由主義公民身份兩大傳統(tǒng),共和主義公民身份強調(diào)共同體的作用,強化公民公共意識,導(dǎo)致對個人利益的漠視馬基雅維利和西塞羅關(guān)于公民身份的研究,對該時期產(chǎn)生重要影響；自由主義公民身份理論傳統(tǒng)的代表人物是洛克和馬歇爾、羅爾斯,認(rèn)為國家應(yīng)保護公民的生命、財產(chǎn)、安全等權(quán)利,公民個人利益優(yōu)先原則。 明白公民身份的理論傳統(tǒng),進而得出公民身份概念,即公民身份是以公民為主體對公民與其所在國家相互之間的權(quán)利義務(wù)關(guān)系,公民對國家的認(rèn)同和自豪感,公民對事關(guān)自身利益問題的有效密切關(guān)注,并作為主體參與其中的一種身份。在結(jié)合我國特有的語境下,得出我國公民身份的內(nèi)涵,即在我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下,建立在我圖文化傳統(tǒng)上的公民身份,大家在法律而前平等的適用法律,沒有職業(yè)、年齡、地位差別,共同擁有一個身份,這就是公民身份。 擁有公民身份,享有公民權(quán)利和義務(wù),如何內(nèi)化為公民自身的意識,這就需要加強對公民身份意識的深入研究。目前,學(xué)術(shù)界對公民身份意識的研究有不少,但是尚未達成統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識,為了更清晰的認(rèn)識公民身份意識,把公民身份意識與公民權(quán)利意識和公民責(zé)任意識進行比較區(qū)分,深化大家對公民身份意識的認(rèn)識。在比較中得出公民身份意識的五大結(jié)構(gòu),即公民政治身份意識、公民經(jīng)濟身份意識、公民文化身份意識、公民社會身份意識和公民生態(tài)身份意識,即指公民在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會和生態(tài)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)所享有的權(quán)利和義務(wù),所承擔(dān)的責(zé)任,以及所扮演的角色。在經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域內(nèi)就是擁有市場經(jīng)濟意識和質(zhì)量意識,在政治領(lǐng)域內(nèi)是要有大局意識和政治參與意識,在文化領(lǐng)域內(nèi)是有文化認(rèn)同意識、文化自覺意識、文化自信意識和文化創(chuàng)新意識,在社會領(lǐng)域內(nèi)包括社會權(quán)利意識和社會公平意識,在生態(tài)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)要有生態(tài)價值意識和生態(tài)文明意識。 在詳細闡釋公民身份意識結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出公民身份意識國家性、民族性和參與性三個方面的特征。公民身份意識的國家性是指以國家的建立為前提,享有國家賦予的各種權(quán)利和義務(wù)。公民身份意識的民族性是指由擁有共同語言的公民組成,生活在共同的法律之下,形成一個整體的、密不可分的一體化國家。公民身份意識的參與性是指每個公民有融入國家共同體下的意愿,在國家共同體中實現(xiàn)自己的價值。 公民身份意識具有重要的理論和實踐意義,有利于我國民主政治建設(shè),有利于我國市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,有利于我國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承,有利于我國和諧社會的構(gòu)建,有利于我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。大到對國家、小到對我們每位公民而言,公民身份意識具有重要的意義,那么,培育公民身份意識就具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。針對公民身份意識結(jié)構(gòu)的五個方面,分別提出可行性的措施。在政治領(lǐng)域,傳播現(xiàn)代政治意識,定位公民的政治角色,構(gòu)筑有序的政治參與渠道,激發(fā)公民的政治參與熱情；在經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域,要為公民經(jīng)濟意識提高創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境,更新觀念,提高公民的質(zhì)量保障意識；在文化領(lǐng)域,通過學(xué)校教育培育公民的文化認(rèn)同感,提高公民的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)；在社會領(lǐng)域,大力發(fā)展社會主義市場經(jīng)濟,保障公民利益,矯正公民消極的社會心理；在生態(tài)領(lǐng)域,用和諧社會主義的理念來提升來提升公民的生態(tài)身份意識,大力開展生態(tài)教育,培育公民的生態(tài)責(zé)任感。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the deepening of reform and opening - up , the consciousness of citizenship is becoming more and more important . As a result , the consciousness of citizenship has important theoretical and practical significance .

We are in a new period of opportunity and challenge . In the face of the profound changes of human and nature and social relations in our country , the demand of rights and responsibilities is increasing . People ' s identity is a development concept . In ancient Greece , Aristotle is the representative figure who studies citizenship in the period .
During the period of the Roman Republic , the right to acquire citizenship is relatively expanded ;
During the Middle Ages and the Renaissance , the idea of citizenship of Aristotle was revived , and the number of male citizens in the period was more than that of women and men and women .
in today ' s Western country , Locke and Hobbes study citizenship , and believe that citizenship should be held in that hands of a few elite .

To clarify the historical evolution of citizenship , comb the theoretical tradition of citizenship , the traditional theory of citizenship includes the two traditions of republican citizenship and liberal citizenship , the role of republican citizenship emphasizes the role of the community , strengthens the public awareness of citizens , leads to the disregard of the individual interests and the study on citizenship , which has an important influence on the period ;
The traditional representative figure of liberal citizenship theory is Locke and Marshall , Rawls , think that the state should protect citizens ' rights such as life , property , security and so on , and citizens ' individual interest priority principle .

In the context of our country ' s socialism market economy , we get the connotation of citizenship of our country .

In the field of economy , there are five structures of citizen ' s identity consciousness , namely citizen ' s political status , citizen ' s identity , citizen ' s cultural identity , citizen ' s social identity and citizen ' s sense of consciousness .

On the basis of the detailed explanation of the structure of citizenship consciousness , the author summarizes the characteristics of state , nationality and participation of citizenship consciousness . The nationality of citizenship refers to the rights and obligations granted by the State on the premise of the establishment of the State . The nationality of citizenship refers to the formation of a whole and inseparable integration country under the common law . The participation of the consciousness of citizenship refers to the willingness of every citizen to integrate into the national community and realize its own value in the national community .

Citizen ' s identity consciousness has important theoretical and practical significance , it is beneficial to the development of our country ' s democratic political construction , is beneficial to the development of our country ' s excellent traditional culture , is beneficial to the construction of our country ' s excellent traditional culture , is beneficial to the construction of our country ' s ecological civilization .

In the social field , vigorously develop the socialist market economy , safeguard the interests of the citizens and correct the negative social psychology of citizens ;
In the field of ecology , the idea of harmonious socialism is used to promote the ecological identity consciousness of the citizens , and the ecological education should be vigorously carried out , and the ecological sense of responsibility of the citizens is fostered .
