【摘要】：中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新階段,中國(guó)對(duì)價(jià)值觀國(guó)際傳播的需求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈。進(jìn)行新階段的中國(guó)價(jià)值觀國(guó)際傳播,從目標(biāo)維度來(lái)看,是中國(guó)為了提高國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力,塑造國(guó)際形象,增進(jìn)國(guó)際理解,貢獻(xiàn)全球治理智慧;從內(nèi)容維度來(lái)看,是中國(guó)向國(guó)際社會(huì)傳播的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀和人類共同價(jià)值的中國(guó)認(rèn)識(shí);從戰(zhàn)略維度來(lái)看,需要中國(guó)構(gòu)建新型國(guó)際關(guān)系,打造人類命運(yùn)共同體,共商共建共享"一帶一路",營(yíng)造和諧的傳播環(huán)境;從策略維度來(lái)看,要求中國(guó)積極參與全球公共治理,努力講好中國(guó)故事,構(gòu)建對(duì)外話語(yǔ)體系,繁榮哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué),推動(dòng)文明交流互鑒,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái),推動(dòng)媒體深度融合,擴(kuò)充多元傳播主體。
[Abstract]:As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new stage, China's demand for international dissemination of values is getting stronger and stronger. To carry out the international dissemination of Chinese values in the new stage is to enhance the soft power of national culture, shape the international image, enhance international understanding and contribute to the wisdom of global governance. It is China's understanding of the core values of socialism, the outstanding traditional values of China and the common values of mankind, which are transmitted to the international community by China. From a strategic perspective, it is necessary for China to build a new type of international relations and to build a community of human destiny. From the perspective of strategy, China is required to take an active part in global public governance, try its best to tell Chinese stories, construct a foreign discourse system, and prosper philosophy and social sciences. Promote the exchange of civilizations and mutual learning, use the network information platform, promote the deep integration of media, and expand the multi-media main body.
