【摘要】：明清時期晉商的巨大成功,在于他們能夠順應時代、銳意進取,用誠實守信、效率優(yōu)先、注重秩序、利益激勵等先進理念去約束自身的商業(yè)行為,從而鑄就了中華文化的瑰寶——"晉商精神"。這種精神自始至終貫穿于晉商的經(jīng)營管理制度、商業(yè)道德倫理和企業(yè)文化的發(fā)展過程之中,是晉商之魂。
[Abstract]:The great success of Shanxi merchants in the Ming and Qing dynasties lies in their ability to conform to the times, to forge ahead, to use the advanced concepts of honesty and trustworthiness, efficiency first, attention to order and interest incentives to restrain their own business behavior. Thus cast the treasure of Chinese culture-the spirit of Shanxi merchants. This spirit runs through the management system of Shanxi merchants, business ethics and enterprise culture development process, is the soul of Shanxi merchants.
