思想政治教育的文化融入研究

【摘要】:社會主義文化的大發(fā)展大繁榮給思想政治教育帶來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。伴隨著思想政治教育文化性的日益彰顯,思想政治教育的文化學(xué)范式成為學(xué)界研究的一個熱點。本文主要從文化的視角研究思想政治教育問題,著力促進(jìn)思想政治教育的文化融入,以提高思想政治教育的文化含量,增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的科學(xué)性和實效性。 思想政治教育的文化融入存在客觀的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。思想政治教育和文化的主客體具有關(guān)聯(lián)性,目標(biāo)具有一致性,內(nèi)容具有交叉性,方法具有互鑒性,功能具有一致性。實現(xiàn)思想政治教育文化融入,有利于提高人們的思想政治素質(zhì)和道德文化素質(zhì),推動思想政治教育改革創(chuàng)新、社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮以及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會全面發(fā)展。 思想政治教育的文化融入思想在古今中外的歷史中都有所體現(xiàn)。西歐、美國、新加坡等國家很早就存在“文化育德”的實踐活動,并積累了豐富的文化育德經(jīng)驗,如高度重視公民政治教育,,注重傳播主流政治文化,注重加強(qiáng)民族精神教育,注重教育內(nèi)容的繼承性和現(xiàn)實性,注重教育方法的綜合性和滲透性,注重發(fā)揮文化載體的作用,等。中國傳統(tǒng)文化中包含著整體主義、愛國主義和民族精神、理想人格和精神境界、人生態(tài)度、仁愛忠恕、重義輕利等“教化”思想。中國傳統(tǒng)“教化”強(qiáng)調(diào)道德教育的重要性和至上性,注重主體自覺和道德踐履,強(qiáng)調(diào)情感欲望和理性精神的統(tǒng)一,堅持貴和持中,堅持有教無類、因材施教,堅持率先垂范、以身作則。這些內(nèi)容和方法不僅在傳統(tǒng)社會發(fā)揮著重要的教育作用,而且對當(dāng)代思想政治教育仍發(fā)揮著重要的作用。 中國共產(chǎn)黨自成立之初就十分重視思想政治教育和文化工作,并在實踐中注重用文化教育人。這些文化育人思想主要體現(xiàn)在新民主主義文化教育和中國特色社會主義文化教育之中。堅持用文化教育人,應(yīng)始終堅持馬克思主義對思想文化的引領(lǐng),始終堅持黨對文化和教育工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),始終堅持推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國化時代化大眾化,始終堅持以科學(xué)的態(tài)度對待馬克思主義。 思想政治教育的文化融入受到多種因素的影響,出現(xiàn)了文化融入難的情況。思想政治教育文化融入的影響因素有主客觀兩個方面,主觀因素有個體對社會發(fā)展的需要、對物質(zhì)文化生活水平的期望、個體的受教育程度和文明素質(zhì)、非理性因素等;客觀因素有地理環(huán)境要素、經(jīng)濟(jì)要素、政治要素、國際要素、科技要素等。思想政治教育文化融入難的原因包括:人們對思想政治教育的認(rèn)識存在泛政治化、泛生活化、孤立化誤區(qū),與文化的關(guān)系中存在代替論、否定論、困難論、無暇論等錯誤認(rèn)識;人們的思想觀念更加解放、生活方式更加多樣、利益觀念更加突顯、理想信念出現(xiàn)松動;文化發(fā)展的主題逐漸由革命型文化轉(zhuǎn)變到建設(shè)型文化、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型文化轉(zhuǎn)變到服務(wù)型文化、封閉性文化轉(zhuǎn)變到開放型文化;我國多元文化競相發(fā)展、長期存在,使人們的價值選擇出現(xiàn)困惑;我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后,文化產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)不足,文化貿(mào)易逆差嚴(yán)重,文化安全形勢嚴(yán)峻;網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的發(fā)展導(dǎo)致價值沖突,誤導(dǎo)思想行為,導(dǎo)致關(guān)系冷漠。 實現(xiàn)思想政治教育的文化融入需要從理念原則、教育內(nèi)容、方式方法、制度機(jī)制等四個方面尋找突破。樹立文化融入的理念,應(yīng)明確文化融入的目的、程度和產(chǎn)物,增強(qiáng)文化融入的意識,找準(zhǔn)文化融入的切入點。文化融入的原則包括方向性原則、系統(tǒng)性原則、主體性原則、創(chuàng)新性原則、相互補(bǔ)充滲透原則等。擴(kuò)大促進(jìn)思想政治教育文化融入的內(nèi)容范圍,應(yīng)堅持以中國特色社會主義為核心內(nèi)容,以社會主義核心價值體系為共同導(dǎo)向,大力發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的先進(jìn)文化、大眾文化、開放文化,在積極發(fā)展文化事業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中大力生產(chǎn)精神文化產(chǎn)品。創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)思想政治教育文化融入的方式方法,應(yīng)堅持直接融入與間接融入相結(jié)合,營造良好文化環(huán)境;推動文化載體創(chuàng)新,充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段,充分利用各種文化活動和文化設(shè)施,積極拓展文化渠道。建立促進(jìn)文化融入的制度機(jī)制,應(yīng)建立健全有利于文化融入的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體制和工作機(jī)制,建立健全思想政治教育與文化的互動機(jī)制和同步發(fā)展機(jī)制,建立健全思想政治教育文化融入的動力機(jī)制、反饋評估機(jī)制以及組織、隊伍、經(jīng)費(fèi)、制度保障機(jī)制。

This article mainly studies the ideological and political education from the cultural perspective and promotes ideological and political education.
