【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)賢文化是中國傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,在近幾年尤其引起學(xué)界和官方關(guān)注。2014年9月召開的培育和踐行社會主義核心價(jià)值觀工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會上,中宣部部長劉奇葆強(qiáng)調(diào)要繼承和弘揚(yáng)有益于當(dāng)代的鄉(xiāng)賢文化,發(fā)揮“新鄉(xiāng)賢”的示范作用;2015年中央一號文件將鄉(xiāng)賢文化寫入其中;2016年提交全國兩會討論的《十三五規(guī)劃綱要》強(qiáng)調(diào)鄉(xiāng)賢文化的重要性,2017年中央一號文件將新鄉(xiāng)賢文化寫入其中。鄉(xiāng)賢文化扎根鄉(xiāng)土,蘊(yùn)含著見賢思齊的力量,能夠較好地推進(jìn)社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè),推動社會主義核心價(jià)值觀在鄉(xiāng)村的培育和踐行,實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村精英反哺,完善農(nóng)村治理。文章厘定了鄉(xiāng)賢、鄉(xiāng)賢文化的內(nèi)涵,從已有的成效和問題兩方面闡釋了現(xiàn)階段我國鄉(xiāng)賢文化的現(xiàn)狀,已有的成效包括政府、相關(guān)學(xué)者開始關(guān)注鄉(xiāng)賢文化、媒體加大關(guān)注力度、踐行路徑有了新拓展;問題則是鄉(xiāng)賢流失程度嚴(yán)重,群眾對鄉(xiāng)賢文化的認(rèn)知欠缺等。針對現(xiàn)狀成因,從政府重視程度、鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、鄉(xiāng)賢文化建設(shè)三方面進(jìn)行了分析,并對如何更好地傳承和弘揚(yáng)鄉(xiāng)賢文化,從加強(qiáng)基層黨組織的作用發(fā)揮、大力傳頌古賢,積極培育新賢、建立健全鄉(xiāng)賢組織的運(yùn)行機(jī)制、搭建回歸平臺,引導(dǎo)外出鄉(xiāng)賢反哺家鄉(xiāng)等方面提出了相應(yīng)對策建議。鄉(xiāng)賢文化是對中國傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承與發(fā)揚(yáng),在越來越重視傳統(tǒng)文化的今天,大力傳承和構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)賢文化,對當(dāng)前鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明建設(shè)、鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Xiang Xian culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, which has attracted the attention of scholars and officials in recent years. At the meeting held in September 2014 to exchange experiences in cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism,Liu Qibao, head of the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, stressed the importance of inheriting and carrying forward the culture that is beneficial to the contemporary countryside,Give play to the demonstration role of "Xinxiang Xian"; document No. 1 of the Central Committee in 2015 will include the culture of the Xiang Xian; the outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan submitted to the National Sessions for discussion in 2016 emphasizes the importance of the rural virtuous culture, and the 2017 document No. 1 of the Central Committee will focus on Xinxiang.Virtuous culture is written into it.Taking root in the countryside, the rural virtuous culture contains the power of seeing the wise and thinking together, which can better promote the construction of the new socialist countryside, promote the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values in the countryside, realize the rural elite to feed back, and perfect the rural governance.The article defines the connotation of Xiang Xian and Xiang Xian culture, and explains the present situation of rural virtuous culture in our country from two aspects of existing achievements and problems. The existing achievements include the government, the relevant scholars begin to pay attention to the township virtuous culture, and the media pay more attention to it.The path of practice has been expanded, the problem is the serious loss of rural talents and the lack of cognition of the people.In view of the causes of the present situation, this paper analyzes the three aspects of the government's attention, the development of the countryside and the construction of the Xiang Xian's culture, and how to better inherit and carry forward the township's virtuous culture, so as to give full play to the role of the grass-roots party organizations, and vigorously propagate the ancient sages.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in this paper, such as cultivating new talents actively, establishing and perfecting the running mechanism of the township virtuous organizations, setting up a return platform, and guiding the people out of the countryside to feed their hometown.Xiang Xian culture is the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture. Today, when more and more attention is paid to traditional culture, it is of great significance to inherit and construct the township virtuous culture for the construction of rural civilization and rural development.
