【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,居民收入水平的增加和消費(fèi)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,使乳品消費(fèi)水平日益提高。奶業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,對(duì)于改善居民的膳食結(jié)構(gòu)、增加養(yǎng)殖奶牛的農(nóng)民的收入、促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有十分重要的作用。近些年來(lái),奶業(yè)生產(chǎn)保持了良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),在增加農(nóng)民收入方面起到了顯著的促進(jìn)作用,因此,對(duì)我國(guó)不同區(qū)域、不同模式的奶牛養(yǎng)殖效益及影響因素分析至關(guān)重要。目前我國(guó)的奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式正在經(jīng)歷由傳統(tǒng)散戶(hù)養(yǎng)殖模式向規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖模式轉(zhuǎn)變,黑龍江省安達(dá)市奶牛養(yǎng)殖也正在經(jīng)歷同樣的轉(zhuǎn)變。本研究在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料和實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,緊密結(jié)合安達(dá)市奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)安達(dá)市不同經(jīng)營(yíng)模式下奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)成本收益分析及綜合評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果顯示:奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)不同經(jīng)營(yíng)模式差異明顯,合作社養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和股份制養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式相對(duì)于散戶(hù)集中飼養(yǎng)小區(qū)模式具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),其優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)在勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)效率較高,規(guī)模化效益較高,因此,同樣生產(chǎn)成本下的總產(chǎn)值較高。所以,合作社養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)和股份制養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)將是下一步安達(dá)市奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)發(fā)展的方向。同時(shí)對(duì)安達(dá)市奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果顯示:影響安達(dá)市奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的主要因素是經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系、技術(shù)力量、養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)的飼養(yǎng)管理水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等。并根據(jù)主要影響因素,以及借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)的成功案例,提出加快安達(dá)市奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)的發(fā)展、提高安達(dá)市奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的具體對(duì)策建議:加強(qiáng)服務(wù)體系建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)龍頭企業(yè)的拉動(dòng)作用、提高養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)管理水平、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid process of urbanization in China, change to increase the income level and consumption concept, the dairy consumption level is improved. The dairy industry healthy and sustainable development, to improve the dietary structure of residents, increase the income of farmers breeding cows, promote the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy, plays a very important role. In recent years, dairy production maintained a good momentum of development, to increase the income of peasants has played a significant role in promoting, therefore, different regions of our country, and the effect of different factors of the effectiveness of dairy farming mode analysis is crucial. At present the dairy farming mode of our country is experiencing from the traditional retail culture mode to the intensive cultivation mode change, dairy farming Anda City in Heilongjiang province is also experiencing the same transformation. Based on the research of literature and on-the-spot investigation, close The status quo and development of dairy farming area of Anda Anda City according to different management patterns of dairy farming community cost benefit and comprehensive evaluation, results showed that the differences of different operating modes of dairy farming district, cooperative farming community management pattern and stock breeding patterns of retail feedlot district model has certain advantages relative to its advantage mainly in the labor production efficiency is high, the scale efficiency is higher, therefore, the same production cost under the total output value. Therefore, cooperative farming and stock breeding area is dairy farming community development Anda City, the direction of the next step. At the same time factors anda dairy farming district economic benefit was analyzed, the results of show: the main factors affecting the Anda dairy farming district economy is the economic foundation, social service system, technology Power, raising management level of farmers, infrastructure construction. And according to the main factors, and draw lessons from the domestic advanced dairy farming district success case, put forward to accelerate the development of Anda dairy farming area, improve the specific countermeasures, anda dairy farming district economic benefits: to strengthen the construction of service system, strengthen the role of leading enterprises the farmers, improve the management level, improve the construction of infrastructure.
