【摘要】:山茶花(Camellia japonica L.)為山茶科山茶屬植物,是我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)十大名花之一,自古以來(lái)就是名貴的觀賞花卉,深得人們的贊賞。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者開(kāi)始著手山茶花產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究,在其生態(tài)觀賞特性及相關(guān)的應(yīng)用研究等領(lǐng)域,引起了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。本研究在進(jìn)行資料調(diào)查、整理和數(shù)據(jù)收集的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)山茶花種植區(qū)的栽培繁殖技術(shù)、組合盆栽技術(shù)、矮化栽培技術(shù)和藝術(shù)造型的技術(shù)進(jìn)行概括分析,分析目前其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,并就產(chǎn)業(yè)提升相關(guān)的栽培繁殖技術(shù)、矮化控制技術(shù)和組合盆栽、藝術(shù)造型技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的整理、探究和總結(jié),進(jìn)行山茶花產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的相關(guān)分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)前山茶花的發(fā)展前景,進(jìn)而提出如何進(jìn)一步完善山茶花產(chǎn)業(yè)化的對(duì)策。具體的研究結(jié)果如下:(1)采用實(shí)地考察法對(duì)山茶花的繁殖栽培技術(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,優(yōu)化山茶花的單枝扦插和嫁接繁殖技術(shù),結(jié)果表明2000mg/L的NAA能顯著提升山茶花單枝扦插苗的生根率及其品質(zhì),而秋冬季的南方山茶花選用劈接+無(wú)葉的方式也可顯著提升山茶花的嫁接成活率。(2)將山茶花矮化技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新(整冠扦插)應(yīng)用于山茶花的栽培繁殖中去,通過(guò)相關(guān)的整冠扦插技術(shù)實(shí)地研究發(fā)現(xiàn),夏季(7月21日)和秋季(10月12日)更適宜山茶花的繁殖和生長(zhǎng)。選擇此時(shí)的山茶花采摘插穗,后放置于陰涼處,晾干時(shí)間在24h左右,后扦插至黃心土:紅沙(2:1)的基質(zhì)土壤中,有利于山茶花整冠扦插插穗的生根和生長(zhǎng)。(3)深入了解和調(diào)查傳統(tǒng)山茶花的應(yīng)用情況及利用現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合山茶花自身的生物學(xué)特性,優(yōu)化山茶花組合盆栽和藝術(shù)造型技術(shù)。并對(duì)山茶花產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及推廣前景分析,提出有利于推進(jìn)山茶花產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策及建議,有針對(duì)性的探索提升山茶花產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效路徑和實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Camellia japonica L. (Camellia japonica L.) is one of the ten famous flowers of Camellia family in China. It has been a rare ornamental flower since ancient times. With the development of the times, more and more scholars began to study camellia industry, in its ecological ornamental characteristics and related application research and other fields. On the basis of data investigation, collation and data collection, the cultivation and propagation techniques of camellia cultivation area, combined potted culture technology. The dwarf cultivation technology and art modeling technology are summarized and analyzed, and the problems existing in the industry development are analyzed, and the cultivation and propagation technology, dwarf control technology and combined potted plant are discussed. Art modeling technology for systematic collation, exploration and summary, Camellia industrialization development related analysis, combined with the current Camellia development prospects. The concrete research results are as follows: 1) investigating and analyzing the propagation and cultivation techniques of camellia by the method of field investigation. The results showed that 2000mg / L NAA could significantly improve the rooting rate and quality of single cuttage of Camellia camellia. The southern camellia in autumn and winter can also significantly improve the grafting survival rate of camellia by splicing without leaves.) the innovation of camellia dwarfing technique (whole crown cuttage) was applied to the cultivation and propagation of camellia. It was found that summer (July 21st) and autumn (October 12th) were more suitable for the propagation and growth of Camellia japonica in summer (July 21st) and autumn (October 12th). After placed in the shade, drying time is about 24 hours, then cuttage to the yellow core soil: red sand 2: 1) in the substrate soil. It is beneficial to the rooting and growth of whole crown cuttage of Camellia camellia) to deeply understand and investigate the application and utilization of traditional camellia and to combine the biological characteristics of Camellia japonica. Optimization of camellia combination potted plant and art modeling technology, and analysis of Camellia industry status and promotion prospects, put forward to promote the development of camellia industry countermeasures and suggestions. To explore the effective way to enhance the competitiveness of camellia industry and the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the sustainable development of the industry.
