【摘要】:試驗利用新的鋅源、錳源(氨維樂?鋅170,氨維樂?錳150),研究有機鋅和有機錳對蛋種母雞生產(chǎn)性能、血液生化指標及其后代雛雞骨骼發(fā)育和腸道結(jié)構(gòu)完整性的影響,探討有機鋅、錳對蛋種母雞生產(chǎn)性能影響的機制,為今后在家禽中應用提供理論依據(jù)和實踐參考。試驗選取576只體重相近的23周齡健康海蘭褐D系蛋種母雞,隨機分為3個處理,每個處理12個重復,每個重復由連續(xù)8個籠組成,每籠2只蛋種母雞;選取60只體重相近的23周齡健康海蘭褐C系蛋種公雞,隨機分為3個處理,每個處理10個重復,每個重復2只蛋種公雞。對照組(A)日糧添加80mg/kg的硫酸鋅、硫酸錳,等量添加組(B)日糧用40mg/kg的有機鋅、錳替換A組日糧40mg/kg的硫酸鋅、錳,額外添加組(C)日糧在A組日糧的基礎上額外添加40mg/kg的有機鋅、錳。試驗期為32周。試驗結(jié)果表明:1)蛋種母雞生產(chǎn)性能指標:日糧中添加有機鋅、有機錳,對蛋種母雞的體重和體增重沒有產(chǎn)生顯著影響(P0.05);試驗全期平均蛋重,等量添加組顯著高于對照組(P0.05),與額外添加組沒有顯著差異(P0.05);試驗第9、24周蛋種母雞飼養(yǎng)日產(chǎn)蛋率產(chǎn)生影響,額外添加組極顯著高于對照組(P0.01),試驗第2、4周入舍雞產(chǎn)蛋率產(chǎn)生影響,對照組顯著高于等量添加組(P0.05),與額外添加組沒有顯著差異(P0.05),其他周的飼養(yǎng)日產(chǎn)蛋率和入舍雞產(chǎn)蛋率沒有顯著差異(P0.05);額外添加組的破蛋率顯著低于等量添加組(P0.05),極顯著低于對照組(P0.01);試驗第8、24周,等量添加組蛋殼強度顯著大于額外添加組(P0.05),與對照組差異不顯著(P0.05),試驗第16周,等量添加組蛋形指數(shù)和相對蛋白高度顯著大于對照組和額外添加組(P0.05),試驗第24周,額外添加組哈夫單位顯著高于對照組(P0.05),其他試驗周,各組哈夫單位沒有產(chǎn)生顯著差異(P0.05);蛋殼黃度(b值)不受日糧中添加有機鋅、有機錳的影響(P0.05),與對照組相比,等量添加組顯著降低第8周和32周蛋殼亮度(P0.05),降低24周蛋殼紅度而提高32周蛋殼紅度(P0.05),額外添加組顯著提高32周蛋殼紅度(P0.05);與對照組相比,等量添加組顯著降低第24周蛋黃比重(P0.05),與額外添加組沒有顯著差異(P0.05),其他試驗周的蛋黃比重均沒有發(fā)生顯著變化(P0.05);試驗第24周,等量添加組健雛率顯著高于對照組和額外添加組(P0.05)。2)蛋重母雞生理生化指標:日糧中添加有機鋅、有機錳,試驗第8、16、32周蛋黃錳含量發(fā)生變化,試驗第8周,等量添加組蛋黃錳含量顯著高于額外添加組(P0.05),試驗第16周,額外添加組蛋黃錳含量顯著高于對照組(P0.05),試驗第32周,等量添加組蛋黃錳含量極顯著高于對照組和額外添加組(P0.01);沒有對蛋種雞血液抗氧化酶活性和細胞免疫功能產(chǎn)生顯著影響(P0.05)。3)雛雞檢測指標:蛋種雞日糧中添加有機鋅、有機錳,對雛雞脛骨鋅的含量沒有顯著影響(P0.05),對雛雞脛骨中錳的含量產(chǎn)生顯著或極顯著影響(P0.05或P0.01);試驗第23周,等量添加組雛雞的脛骨長度顯著大于對照組和額外添加組(P0.05),試驗第32周,等量添加組雛雞脛骨重量顯著輕于對照組(P0.05),其它試驗周,各組脛骨長度和脛骨重量沒有顯著差異(P0.05);與對照組相比,等量添加組雛雞回腸緊密連接蛋白claudin-1 m RNA的表達水平顯著顯著上調(diào)(P0.05);額外添加組肝臟中Mn-SOD的活性顯著高于對照組(P0.05),等量添加組與對照組和額外添加組沒有顯著差異(P0.05),各組雛雞肝臟總SOD和Cu/Zn-SOD沒有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在本試驗條件下,添加有機鋅錳,在一定程度上可以改善蛋種雞的生產(chǎn)性能,提高后代組織中錳的沉積。其中等量添加組的作用效果最佳。
[Abstract]:The test using a new source of zinc, manganese source (ammonia welove? Zinc 170, ammonia welove? Mn 150), the research on egg production performance of organic zinc and organic manganese, blood biochemical indexes and influencing offspring chicks skeletal development and intestinal structural integrity, to explore the mechanism of organic zinc and manganese effects on eggs of hens the production performance, and provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for future application in poultry. The test selected 576 weight similar 23 week old hy line brown D line egg hen, were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 12 replicates of each replicate by 8 consecutive cage, 2 eggs for each cage hen; a total of 60 similar weight 23 week old hy line brown C line egg chicken, were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 10 replicates of 2 birds per replicate egg rooster. The control group (A) dietary zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, 80mg/kg group (B), equivalent to add organic the 40mg/kg diet with zinc, Zinc, manganese sulfate to replace the A diet 40mg/kg group added manganese (C) organic zinc diets based on A diets on the addition of 40mg/kg manganese. The experiment lasted for 32 weeks. The results showed that: 1) the egg production performance index: adding organic zinc in diet organic manganese, hen on egg weight and body weight had no significant effect (P0.05); test the average egg weight, amount of added group was significantly higher than control group (P0.05), there was no significant difference with the addition of group (P0.05); test the 9,24 week egg hen feeding Nissan egg rate influence. Than the control group and added group (P0.05), a twenty-fourth week trial, additional group Haugh unit was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05) and other test each week, Haugh unit had no significant difference (P0.05); eggshell yellowness (b value) is not affected by the addition of organic zinc in diet, the effect of organic manganese (P0.05), compared with the control group, equal amount group significantly decreased by eighth and 32 weeks (P0.05), eggshell brightness decreased at 24 weeks and 32 weeks to improve red eggshell eggshell red (P0.05), additional group significantly increased 32 weeks of red shell (P0.05); compared with the control group, equal amount significantly reduce Twenty-fourth weeks of egg yolk proportion (P0.05), there was no significant difference with the addition of group (P0.05) and other test week egg yolk proportion did not change significantly (P0.05); a twenty-fourth week trial, equal rate of Healthy Chicks added group was significantly higher than that of control group and added group (P0.05).2): physiological and biochemical indexes of hen egg weight the addition of organic zinc, dietary organic manganese, manganese content test in 8,16,32 weeks of egg yolk change test for eighth weeks, with added group was significantly higher than that of egg yolk manganese content added group (P0.05), a sixteenth week trial, additional group manganese content of egg yolk was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05), a thirty-second week trial, equal amount the manganese content of yolk was significantly higher than control group and added group (P0.01); no significant impact on the egg chicken blood antioxidant enzyme activity and cellular immune function (P0.05).3) chicks detection index: add organic zinc, chicken eggs in the diet of organic manganese, chicken The content of tibia zinc had no significant effect (P0.05), the content of manganese in chicken tibia affected significantly or very significantly (P0.05 or P0.01); the twenty-third week experiment, add chicken tibia length equivalent group was significantly higher than that of control group and added group (P0.05), a thirty-second week trial, adding chicks tibia weight were equivalent lighter than the control group (P0.05) and other test each week, tibia length and tibia weight had no significant difference (P0.05); compared with the control group, the expression level of chicken ileum group equal amount of tight junction protein claudin-1 m RNA was significantly increased (P0.05); addition of Mn-SOD group activity in liver was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05), equivalent to add additional group and control group and there was no significant difference (P0.05), there was no significant difference between the groups of chicken liver total SOD and Cu/Zn-SOD (P0.05). Conclusion: under the conditions of this experiment, organic zinc manganese, in a certain It can improve the production performance of egg laying hens and increase the deposition of manganese in the tissues of the offspring, among which the effect of the equal addition group is the best.
