本報告基于作者在醫(yī)學翻譯公司實習的翻譯項目——美國強生子公司楊森制藥有限公司（美國地區(qū)）的DARZALEX說明書英譯漢項目。作者根據翻譯實踐的情況,梳理了翻譯的過程,總結了源文本的特點和翻譯中的難點,并在功能對等理論的指導下,總結了醫(yī)藥說明類文本適用的翻譯方法和技巧。源文本屬于說明文,具有很強的實用性和專業(yè)性。除了包含大量的專業(yè)說明外,源文本中還包含一些具有宣傳功能的表達。因此,在翻譯的過程中,譯者需要在對等傳遞信息的基礎上,讓譯文本實現和源文本相同的功能。作者在翻譯中遇到的問題可以分為三個層面:詞匯層面、句法層面和語篇層面。為了實現信息的有效傳遞,解決翻譯中遇到的問題,作者選擇了奈達的功能對等理論作為指導理論并基于該理論采用了零翻譯、增譯、分譯、轉換、重復等翻譯方法和翻譯技巧,并于本報告中進行了闡述和案例分析。期望本報告能夠為醫(yī)藥說明類文本的漢譯實踐活動提供借鑒。
