【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷發(fā)展的背景下,越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)企業(yè)開(kāi)始與國(guó)外的企業(yè)合作,而他們之間的合作通常需要簽訂合同,因而對(duì)合同翻譯的需求也是越來(lái)越多。PAM是馬來(lái)西亞建筑師公會(huì)馬來(lái)語(yǔ)(Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia)的縮寫(xiě),截止2017年5月20日,《2006馬來(lái)西亞建筑師公會(huì)分包合同協(xié)議與條款》在馬來(lái)西亞是最新的一版分包合同。本文將以譯者在華西(馬來(lái)西亞)有限公司的實(shí)際工作中所參與的《2006馬來(lái)西亞建筑師公會(huì)分包合同協(xié)議與條款》的部分內(nèi)容英譯漢為例,以彼得·紐馬克的語(yǔ)義性翻譯和交際性翻譯理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合建筑分包合同文本詞法與句法的特點(diǎn),對(duì)其相應(yīng)的翻譯方法進(jìn)行初步研究。本文通過(guò)分析建筑合同中英平行文本,總結(jié)了建筑合同中語(yǔ)言的特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)譯者所翻譯的分包合同文本中詞法、句法的分析,總結(jié)了在翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的難點(diǎn),即專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)的翻譯、指示詞語(yǔ)的翻譯、近義詞的翻譯,以及長(zhǎng)難句的翻譯,并相應(yīng)的分析了所用到的翻譯方法。最后,譯者總結(jié)了自己在翻譯實(shí)踐中所獲得的心得,希望能為從事翻譯的人員提供進(jìn)一步的參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the continuous development of economic globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises begin to cooperate with foreign enterprises, and their cooperation usually requires signing contracts. As a result, there is a growing demand for contract translation. Pam is the abbreviation for Malay (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia) of the Malaysian Institute of Architects. As of May 20, 2017, The 2006 Malaysia Association of Architects subcontract Agreement and terms is the latest subcontract in Malaysia. This paper will take the translation of some of the subcontract agreements and terms of the Malaysian Association of Architects 2006, in which the translator is involved in the actual work of West China (Malaysia) Co., Ltd., as an example. Under the guidance of Peter Newmark's semantic translation and communicative translation theory, combined with the lexical and syntactic characteristics of architectural subcontract texts, this paper makes a preliminary study on the corresponding translation methods. Based on the analysis of Chinese and English parallel texts of construction contract, this paper summarizes the characteristics of language in construction contract. Through the analysis of lexical and syntax in the subcontract text translated by the translator, this paper summarizes the difficulties encountered in the process of translation, namely, the translation of professional terms, the translation of indicative words, the translation of synonyms, and the translation of long difficult sentences. The translation methods used are analyzed accordingly. Finally, the translator summarizes his experience in translation practice and hopes to provide further reference for translators.
