【摘要】：契丹人自唐末五代時(shí)期崛起于中國(guó)歷史舞臺(tái)。由契丹人建立的契丹、遼王朝共存在二百余年,其開創(chuàng)者是耶律阿保機(jī),但為王朝鼎盛發(fā)展起奠定作用的則是遼景宗——耶律賢。景宗耶律賢即位之前,遼朝發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)混亂的局面;即位后,政治上對(duì)契丹、漢族貴族予以拉攏和重用,注重緩和內(nèi)部矛盾,鼓勵(lì)和推動(dòng)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)與商業(yè)發(fā)展。其后,參與輔政的皇后蕭燕燕也致力于加強(qiáng)皇權(quán),既在一定程度上表現(xiàn)出倚重"蕃法"的心態(tài),同時(shí)也更多地呈現(xiàn)出雷厲風(fēng)行的"漢制"措施的推行。這些都應(yīng)視為景宗朝施政措施與體制建設(shè)建設(shè)的完善。景宗朝對(duì)外關(guān)系的方針和處置措施,也是施政內(nèi)容的重要組成部分。主要包括遼朝與北漢關(guān)系的變化、遼宋戰(zhàn)和關(guān)系的演變及其與周邊區(qū)域民族或政權(quán)間的關(guān)系等。起到了外交環(huán)境改善與主動(dòng)樹立強(qiáng)國(guó)形象的根本目的�？傊�,概括景宗朝的施政措施與社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,可以歸納為:轉(zhuǎn)變了衰落的發(fā)展頹勢(shì),奠定了契丹遼朝繼續(xù)強(qiáng)盛發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Qidan people rose to the stage of Chinese history from the late Tang Dynasty to the five dynasties. Qidan, established by Qidan people, existed for more than 200 years in Liao Dynasty. The founder of Qidan was Yeru Arbor, but it was Liao Jingzong-Yeruxian who laid the foundation for the heyday of the dynasty. Before the reign of Jingzong Yeru Xian, the Liao Dynasty developed in a chaotic situation; after the reign, the Khitan aristocrat and the Han aristocrats were recruited and reused politically, paying attention to easing the internal contradictions and encouraging and promoting the social production and commercial development. Since then, Xiao Yanyan, the queen of auxiliary government, has also devoted herself to strengthening imperial power, showing to a certain extent the mentality of relying heavily on the "Tibetan law", and at the same time showing more vigorous and vigorous implementation of the "Han system" measures. All these should be regarded as the perfection of Jingzong's administrative measures and institutional construction. Jingzong's foreign relations policy and measures are also an important part of the administration. It mainly includes the changes of the relations between the Liao Dynasty and the Northern Han Dynasty, the evolution of the Liao and Song dynasties and the relationship between the Liao Dynasty and the neighboring regions. Has played the diplomatic environment improvement and the initiative establishment powerful country image fundamental goal. In a word, the administrative measures and social development of Jingzong Dynasty can be summarized as follows: the declining development trend was changed and the foundation of Qidan Liao Dynasty continued to flourish.
