【摘要】：社會(huì)環(huán)境在變化,現(xiàn)代生活節(jié)奏在不斷的加快,人們?cè)诠ぷ骱蜕罘矫媸艿降男睦飰毫σ苍谠龆�。不僅如此,飽受心理疾病困擾的人數(shù)也在增長(zhǎng)。但非常遺憾的是,因?yàn)楦鞣N各樣的原因,很少有人會(huì)去尋找專業(yè)的心理咨詢師咨詢。所以譯者向心理壓力大,有心里疾病的人群推薦李子勛的《你在為誰(shuí)而活》成為翻譯實(shí)踐作品,希望這本書(shū)能夠成為這群人的自我康復(fù)的"藥品"。該書(shū)于2013年在中心出版社出版,總字?jǐn)?shù)在12萬(wàn)字左右,但至今沒(méi)有官方的翻譯文本出現(xiàn)。譯者已經(jīng)將原文5萬(wàn)2480字進(jìn)行翻譯,譯文等同于9萬(wàn)字。作者在原文中通過(guò)心理學(xué),社會(huì)學(xué),哲學(xué),禪學(xué)等各方面知識(shí),以專業(yè)的角度告訴人們應(yīng)該如何調(diào)節(jié)思維去應(yīng)對(duì)心理問(wèn)題,并且在執(zhí)筆中一直貫穿人性關(guān)懷,語(yǔ)言也很簡(jiǎn)練。為了此次翻譯實(shí)踐,譯者事先做好對(duì)原文的研究與分析,收集了大量作品相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)與資料,加深了對(duì)作品的理解。翻譯過(guò)程中,盡可能的按照原文進(jìn)行翻譯,在遇到不可譯的因素時(shí),為了簡(jiǎn)練、生動(dòng)地傳達(dá)原文的意思,發(fā)揮了自身的創(chuàng)新性。通過(guò)本次翻譯實(shí)踐,譯者在翻譯能力以及專業(yè)知識(shí)上都有了一定的提高。與此同時(shí),我也深刻理解到翻譯是一個(gè)艱難而又復(fù)雜的過(guò)程。切實(shí)感受到詞語(yǔ)的掌握程度少,思維固化,以及知識(shí)面窄,也認(rèn)識(shí)到了理論的重要性。將在未來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)和不斷的實(shí)踐中,克服這些問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The social environment is changing, the rhythm of modern life is speeding up, and the psychological pressure on people's work and life is also increasing. Not only that, the number of people suffering from mental illness is also growing. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, few people seek professional counseling. Therefore, the translator recommends Li Zixun's "who are you living for" as a translation practice to the people with psychological stress and mental illness, hoping that this book will become a "medicine" for the self-healing of this group of people. The book was published at the Center Press in 2013, with a total of about 120000 words, but no official translated text has yet appeared. The translator has translated the original text in 50, 2480 words, and the translation is equivalent to 90, 000 words. Through the knowledge of psychology, sociology, philosophy, Zen and so on, the author tells people how to adjust their thinking to deal with psychological problems from a professional point of view. For this translation practice, the translator has done a good job in the research and analysis of the original text, collected a large number of data and materials related to the works, and deepened the understanding of the works. In the process of translation, translation according to the original text as much as possible, in the face of untranslatable factors, in order to concise, vividly convey the meaning of the original text, play its own innovative. Through this translation practice, translators have improved their translation ability and professional knowledge. At the same time, I also understand that translation is a difficult and complex process. We can feel the importance of theory because of the lack of mastery of words, fixed thinking and narrow knowledge. Will be in the future learning and continuous practice, to overcome these problems.
