【摘要】：所謂反思性教學(xué),就是教師把自己的教學(xué)行為作為思考對象,對自己在教學(xué)過程中所產(chǎn)生的想法進(jìn)行審視和分析,并將其轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾碌慕虒W(xué)行為,促進(jìn)教學(xué)能力提高的過程。它是教師對個人信念、經(jīng)驗、態(tài)度、知識和價值,以及環(huán)境的認(rèn)識、檢驗和思考。因為反思性教學(xué)可以促進(jìn)英語教師本身的成長并優(yōu)化教學(xué),所以它越來越受到英語方面的研究者和英語教師的關(guān)注。本次應(yīng)用研究選取了吉林省某小學(xué)五年級兩個班級的全班學(xué)生作為研究對象,授課英語教師都為筆者本人。本研究采用定量和定性分析相結(jié)合的方法,采用調(diào)查問卷法、課堂觀察法和測試等手段來進(jìn)行實驗,歷時一個學(xué)期。研究結(jié)果表明:反思性教學(xué)有助于提高小學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣,主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)生課上活躍程度、課后作業(yè)完成質(zhì)量和對英語學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度方面。同時,反思性教學(xué)有助于提高小學(xué)生英語水平,主要體現(xiàn)在詞匯、語法和閱讀方面。本次應(yīng)用研究對小學(xué)生英語素質(zhì)的提高和小學(xué)英語教師自身發(fā)展有以下啟示:英語教師要明確反思性教學(xué)的重要性,在日常的教學(xué)與生活中注意積累專業(yè)知識,以便在課上靈活熟練地使用反思性教學(xué)進(jìn)行授課。另外在文章結(jié)束之際,筆者總結(jié)了本次應(yīng)用研究中存在的一些不足和局限性,并且為今后的反思性教學(xué)研究者提供了一些教學(xué)建議。
[Abstract]:The so-called reflective teaching is the process of teachers taking their own teaching behavior as the object of thinking, examining and analyzing their own ideas in the process of teaching, and transforming them into new teaching behaviors to promote the improvement of teaching ability.It is the teacher's understanding, testing and thinking of personal beliefs, experiences, attitudes, knowledge and values, and the environment.Because reflective teaching can promote the growth of English teachers and optimize their teaching, it has attracted more and more attention from English researchers and English teachers.This applied study selects the whole class of the fifth grade of a primary school in Jilin Province as the research object, the teacher of English teaching is the author himself.In this study, the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, questionnaire, classroom observation and test were used to carry out the experiment for one semester.The results show that reflective teaching is helpful to improve the students' interest in English learning, which is mainly reflected in the students' active degree in class, the quality of homework completion and their attitude towards English learning.At the same time, reflective teaching helps pupils improve their English proficiency, mainly in vocabulary, grammar and reading.This applied study has the following implications for the improvement of primary school English quality and the development of primary school English teachers: English teachers should make clear the importance of reflective teaching, pay attention to the accumulation of professional knowledge in their daily teaching and daily life.In order to flexibly and skillfully use reflective teaching to teach in class.In addition, at the end of the article, the author summarizes some shortcomings and limitations in this applied research, and provides some teaching suggestions for the researchers of reflective teaching in the future.
