【摘要】：本文是一篇法譯漢翻譯實踐報告,所描述的筆譯任務(wù)是筆者負責的西非布基納法索礦業(yè)有限責任公司章程的翻譯工作,該項目屬于法律公文的翻譯,有其不同于其它文本的獨有特點,報告重點分析公司章程的特點及法譯漢翻譯過程中遇到的困難,并針對這些困難探討相應(yīng)的翻譯策略與翻譯方法。為了解決法譯漢翻譯過程中遇到的困難,及今后翻譯的質(zhì)量與效率的提高,報告選取了紐馬克的語義翻譯與交際翻譯作為指導(dǎo)理論,重點介紹了紐馬克翻譯理論的六大翻譯方法,并論證了該翻譯理論的實用性與有效性。在“翻譯過程”這一章中,報告緊密結(jié)合已翻譯的文本,將翻譯過程分為譯前、譯中、譯后三個階段,對每個階段進行了不同層面的詳細分析,并在譯中階段,結(jié)合具體的例子,重點分析了科技術(shù)語與長難句的翻譯策略。通過對語義翻譯與交際翻譯的描述與案例分析,報告得出如下總結(jié):再一次證明了翻譯理論的指導(dǎo)對翻譯過程中遇到的問題的解決有著舉足輕重的影響;要想保證其翻譯質(zhì)量,必須具備一定的法律專業(yè)知識,如法律文本的特點,中西法法律專業(yè)詞匯等等。
[Abstract]:This paper is a practical report on the translation of French into Chinese. The translation task described in this paper is the translation of the charter of the West African Mining Corporation of Burkina Faso, which belongs to the translation of legal documents.Different from other texts, the report focuses on the characteristics of the articles of association and the difficulties encountered in the process of translating from French to Chinese, and discusses the corresponding translation strategies and translation methods in view of these difficulties.In order to solve the difficulties encountered in the process of translation from French to Chinese, and to improve the quality and efficiency of translation in the future, Newmark's semantic translation and communicative translation are selected as the guiding theory.This paper mainly introduces the six translation methods of Newmark's translation theory, and demonstrates the practicability and validity of the translation theory.In the chapter of "Translation process", the report combines the translated text closely, divides the translation process into three stages: pre-translation, mid-translation and post-translation, and makes a detailed analysis of each stage at different levels, and in the middle stage of translation, the translation process is divided into three stages: pre-translation, mid-translation and post-translation.Combined with concrete examples, this paper focuses on the translation strategies of scientific and technological terms and long difficult sentences.Based on the description and case analysis of semantic translation and communicative translation, the report concludes as follows: once again, it is proved that the guidance of translation theory has an important influence on the solution of problems encountered in the process of translation, and that the translation quality should be guaranteed.Must have certain legal professional knowledge, such as the characteristics of legal texts, Chinese and Western legal professional vocabulary and so on.
