大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)顏色偏好的眼動(dòng)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘成為了用人單位招聘人才和求職者求職的重要方式,招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)也逐漸受到廣泛重視。而顏色作為招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)中的一項(xiàng)重要元素,其選擇與搭配是否符合求職者的偏好,直接關(guān)系到求職者對(duì)網(wǎng)站的觀感與體驗(yàn)。為了促使招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)的顏色設(shè)計(jì)符合求職者的喜好,提升招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)的用戶體驗(yàn),研究將眼動(dòng)技術(shù)與主觀評(píng)分法相結(jié)合,探討大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)的顏色偏好。研究共設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn),分別從顏色和顏色屬性兩個(gè)層面著手,探討大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)主題色和文本色的偏好,兼而考察不同職業(yè)人格類型大學(xué)生之間的顏色偏好差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)一從顏色層面探討大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)主題色和文本色的偏好。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在紅、綠、藍(lán)、黑四種主題色中,大學(xué)生普遍喜愛(ài)黑、藍(lán)、紅三色,且三者間沒(méi)有顯著差異,而不喜愛(ài)綠色;在這四色文本中,大學(xué)生最喜歡黑色文本和藍(lán)色文本,其次為紅色文本,最不喜歡綠色文本;對(duì)于主題色與文本色的搭配方式,大學(xué)生則表現(xiàn)為普遍不喜歡互補(bǔ)色搭配和同色搭配。此外,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),不同職業(yè)人格類型大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)主題色和文本色的偏好沒(méi)有顯著差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)二則聚焦于顏色屬性層面,探討大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)主題色和文本色明度的偏好。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生普遍喜歡低明度的主題色,不喜歡中明度和高明度的主題色,且中、高明度之間差異不顯著;而對(duì)于招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)的文本色,大學(xué)生則表現(xiàn)為喜歡中、低明度,且二者之間沒(méi)有顯著差異,而不喜歡高明度。此外,不同職業(yè)人格類型大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)主題色和文本色的明度偏好沒(méi)有顯著差異;趯(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果得出結(jié)論:大學(xué)生對(duì)招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)的顏色偏好不受職業(yè)人格類型的影響,存在高度一致性。具體表現(xiàn)為:在主題色方面,黑、藍(lán)、紅三色更受大學(xué)生喜愛(ài),且三者之間沒(méi)有顯著差異;在文本色方面,大學(xué)生則最喜歡黑和藍(lán)這兩種顏色,且二者之間沒(méi)有顯著差異;對(duì)于主題色與文本色的搭配,則普遍表現(xiàn)為不喜歡互補(bǔ)色搭配和同色搭配。此外,對(duì)于招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)主題色明度,大學(xué)生普遍表現(xiàn)為最喜歡低明度;對(duì)于招聘網(wǎng)頁(yè)的文本色明度,則表現(xiàn)為普遍喜歡中、低明度,且二者之間差異不顯著。
[Abstract]:At present, online recruitment has become an important way of employer recruitment and job seekers, design recruitment website also gradually received widespread attention.
