【摘要】：社科研究者擔負著堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的重任,肩負著實現(xiàn)中國夢的偉大任務。在新媒體時代下,社科研究者學術(shù)道德建設的過程是復雜的,要求社科研究者在新媒體環(huán)境下學術(shù)素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)道德都有所提升,研究社科研究者學術(shù)道德是高層次人才管理的重要內(nèi)容。特別是,新媒體環(huán)境對我國社科研究者來說既是機遇又是挑戰(zhàn)。在這種情形下,加強社科研究者學術(shù)道德建設顯得尤為重要。首先,是基本的概念闡釋。主要研究了新媒體環(huán)境下社科研究者學術(shù)道德建設中的相關(guān)概念,包括學術(shù)不端的內(nèi)容以及社科研究者所應遵守的學術(shù)倫理規(guī)范�？偨Y(jié)了社科研究者的特征。其次,國外在社科學術(shù)道德建設中為我國提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗,從美、英、德、日四個國家的經(jīng)驗得出了四點啟示,利用新媒體技術(shù)建立社科研究者學術(shù)不端數(shù)據(jù)庫、利用新媒體平臺學習相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、將學術(shù)誠信記錄到個人誠信檔案、利用新媒體技術(shù)建立第三方學術(shù)不端調(diào)查專家?guī)臁Ｔ俅?分析新媒體環(huán)境下我國社科研究者學術(shù)道德的現(xiàn)狀及產(chǎn)生的原因是本文的重要內(nèi)容。本文從開放的新媒體環(huán)境社科研究者有學術(shù)抄襲和造假現(xiàn)象、共享的新媒體環(huán)境下,學術(shù)低水平重復、新媒體的交互性,獲取論文的方式更加直接三個方面進行了現(xiàn)狀分析,產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)狀的原因在于在新媒體環(huán)境下部分社科研究者自身新媒介素養(yǎng)低下、社科研究者學術(shù)心態(tài)浮躁,缺乏創(chuàng)新能力、缺乏健全的網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)督管理體系三個方面。最后,以新媒體環(huán)境下加強我國社科研究者學術(shù)道德建設為落腳點,從提高自身新媒介素養(yǎng),增強學術(shù)責任意識、學習馬克思主義相關(guān)理論,提高創(chuàng)新能力、進一步加強網(wǎng)絡管理的力度完善學術(shù)評價制度、、強化社科研究人員學術(shù)成果的獎罰制度四個方面提出新媒體環(huán)境下社科研究者學術(shù)道德建設的途徑。
[Abstract]:Social science researchers shoulder the important task of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, and shoulder the great task of realizing Chinese Dream. In the new media era, the process of academic moral construction of social science researchers is complex. Social science researchers are required to improve their academic literacy and professional ethics in the new media environment. The study of social science researchers' academic ethics is an important content of high-level talent management. The new media environment is both an opportunity and a challenge for Chinese social science researchers. In this case, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of academic ethics of social science researchers. First of all. It mainly studies the related concepts in the construction of academic morality of social science researchers under the new media environment. Including the content of academic misconduct and social science researchers should abide by academic ethical norms. Summed up the characteristics of social science researchers. Secondly, foreign countries in the construction of social science academic ethics for our country to provide valuable experience, from the United States. The experience of four countries, Britain, Germany and Japan, has four enlightenments, using the new media technology to establish the academic misconduct database of social science researchers, and to use the new media platform to study the relevant laws and regulations. Record the academic integrity to the personal integrity file, use the new media technology to establish the third party academic misconduct investigation expert database. Again. It is the important content of this paper to analyze the present situation and reasons of academic morality of Chinese social science researchers under the new media environment. This article starts with the phenomenon of academic plagiarism and counterfeiting of social science researchers in the open new media environment. Under the shared new media environment, academic low level repetition, the interaction of new media, and the way to obtain the paper are analyzed in three aspects. The reason for this situation lies in the low new media literacy of some social science researchers under the new media environment, the impetuous academic attitude of social science researchers and the lack of innovative ability. The lack of a sound network supervision and management system in three aspects. Finally, under the new media environment to strengthen the construction of academic ethics of social science researchers as the foothold, from improving their new media literacy, enhance the sense of academic responsibility. Learn the relevant theory of Marxism, improve the ability of innovation, further strengthen the strength of network management to improve the academic evaluation system. To strengthen the reward and punishment system of social science researchers' academic achievements, this paper puts forward the ways to construct the academic morality of social science researchers under the new media environment.
