幼兒感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)程度與身體素質(zhì)相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:幼兒期間作為教育的早期階段,對(duì)孩子未來(lái)的成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。不良孕育和養(yǎng)育的環(huán)境與方式,易導(dǎo)致幼兒行為發(fā)生異常,如孕育中不良生活習(xí)慣、剖腹產(chǎn)、養(yǎng)育中的過(guò)度呵護(hù)等。有研究證實(shí)幼兒的速度、力量、耐力與感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)關(guān)系密切。幼兒感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)是感覺信息不能在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)有效的整合,導(dǎo)致幼兒出現(xiàn)身體素質(zhì)低下、性格孤僻、學(xué)習(xí)困難等一系列行為問題,本研究在以往的研究基礎(chǔ)上,借助感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)量表篩選出感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)的幼兒,用可量化的綜合身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)一步分析探討感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)程度與身體素質(zhì)的相關(guān)性。通過(guò)針對(duì)性的身體素質(zhì)練習(xí)有效的改善感覺統(tǒng)合能力。研究結(jié)果顯示:1.本次調(diào)查中,大部分幼兒感覺統(tǒng)合能力發(fā)展正常占總?cè)藬?shù)的84%,兒童感覺統(tǒng)合輕度失調(diào)率為15.3%,中、重度感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)占0.5%。前庭無(wú)失調(diào)85.3%,輕度失調(diào)13.9%,中度失調(diào)0.3%,重度失調(diào)0.3%;本體感無(wú)失調(diào)83.2%,輕度失調(diào)16.3%,中度失調(diào)0.3%;觸覺防御無(wú)失調(diào)83.6%,輕度失調(diào)15.8%,中度失調(diào)0.6%;學(xué)習(xí)能力不足無(wú)失調(diào)17%,輕度失調(diào)3.7,中度失調(diào)0.3%,感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)程度最高為前庭失調(diào)其次是觸覺防御、本體感失調(diào)、學(xué)習(xí)能力不足。2.通過(guò)對(duì)3-6歲幼兒身體素質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn)3-6歲幼兒隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)有些身體素質(zhì)逐漸提高,有些反而下降,各項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)與以往研究相比較成績(jī)較高,總體身體素質(zhì)男幼兒優(yōu)于女幼兒。說(shuō)明3-6歲幼兒的身體素質(zhì)處于敏感期,應(yīng)該多參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng),有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行身體素質(zhì)練習(xí)。3.本體感與七項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)關(guān)系密切,其中前庭感、觸覺防御與感知覺跳躍呈顯著性差異,本體感與5米折返跑(速度能力)、網(wǎng)球擲遠(yuǎn)(上肢力量素質(zhì)和協(xié)調(diào))、平衡木(動(dòng)態(tài)平衡)、觸覺接網(wǎng)球(反應(yīng)能力)、感知覺跳躍(感知覺能力)呈顯著性差異。說(shuō)明本體感與身體素質(zhì)的發(fā)展關(guān)系密切,幼兒時(shí)期加以正確的運(yùn)動(dòng)刺激能夠提高身體素質(zhì),改善本體感,本體感的提高也對(duì)前庭、觸覺產(chǎn)生影響。可見3-6歲幼兒處于身心健康發(fā)展的重要階段,應(yīng)引起社會(huì)家長(zhǎng)的高度重視。有效的提高感覺統(tǒng)合能力,應(yīng)結(jié)合各項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的干預(yù),從而為幼兒今后的發(fā)展奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As the early stage of education, it is very important for the future growth and development of children. The bad environment and way of breeding and rearing can lead to abnormal behavior of children, such as bad habits of life in gestation. Caesarean section, excessive care in parenting and so on. Studies have confirmed that children's speed, strength, endurance and sensory integration disorders are closely related. Sensory integration disorder is the sensory information can not be effectively integrated in the central nervous system. This study results in a series of behavioral problems such as low physical quality, withdrawn personality, learning difficulties and so on. Based on previous studies, this study screened out children with sensory integration disorder by means of sensory integration disorder scale. The relationship between sensory integrative disorder and physical fitness was further analyzed with quantifiable comprehensive physical fitness indicators. The results showed that the degree of sensory integrative disorder could be effectively improved by specific physical fitness exercises. 1. In this survey. The normal development of sensory integrative ability in most children accounted for 84% of the total. The rate of mild disorder of sensory integration in children was 15. 3%. The proportion of moderate to severe sensory integration was 0. 5. There was no vestibular disorder 85.3%. Mild disorder was 13.9cm, moderate misadjustment was 0.3cm, severe maladjustment was 0.3cm; There was no maladjustment of body sensation (83.2%), mild disorder (16.3B) and moderate disorder (0.3b). Tactile defense had no maladjustment (83.6), mild disorder (15.8b) and moderate maladjustment (0.6cm). There was no disorder in learning ability (17%), mild disorder (3.7%) and moderate maladjustment (0.3%). The highest degree of sensory integration disorder was vestibular disorder, followed by tactile defense and body disorder. Through the analysis of the physical quality of children aged 3-6 years old, it is found that some children aged 3-6 years old gradually improve their physical fitness with the increase of age, while some children decline. Compared with previous studies, the physical fitness of boys is better than that of girls. It shows that the physical fitness of children aged 3-6 is in a sensitive period and should be more involved in sports. The relationship between body feeling and seven physical qualities is close. There are significant differences in vestibular sense, tactile defense and perceptual jumping. Tennis throws far (upper limb strength and coordination), balance beam (dynamic balance), tactile touch tennis (reaction ability). There is a significant difference in perceptual hopping (perceptual ability), which indicates that the development of physical quality is closely related to the development of the native sense. The correct exercise stimulation in early childhood can improve the physical quality and improve the sense of the body. It can be seen that 3-6 years old children are in an important stage of physical and mental development, should be highly valued by social parents, and effectively improve the ability of sensory integration. In order to lay a good foundation for the development of children in the future, the intervention of sports items should be carried out in combination with various physical qualities.
