【摘要】：對(duì)外開放發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略已成為未來(lái)高等教育的橋頭堡,交換生教育作為高等教育的一部分,在高校間發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的交流作用。然而,由于各方面原因,我國(guó)區(qū)域教育發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)象明顯,作為向西開放的中轉(zhuǎn)站—新疆而言,教育國(guó)際化進(jìn)程相對(duì)落后。要提高交換生項(xiàng)目教育對(duì)外開放水平,更好地為未來(lái)新疆國(guó)際化教育打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ);要改進(jìn)新疆大學(xué)國(guó)際文化交流學(xué)院交換生項(xiàng)目更快更好發(fā)展,這是目前我們需要解決的問(wèn)題。新疆大學(xué)國(guó)際文化交流學(xué)院是全疆第一個(gè)接收留學(xué)生的院校,為不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆大學(xué)國(guó)際文化交流學(xué)院國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,本論文主要通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談的方式對(duì)新疆大學(xué)交換生就課程設(shè)置、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、服務(wù)質(zhì)量滿意度、交換生對(duì)獲得“雙學(xué)位”的態(tài)度等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,分析總結(jié)出目前問(wèn)題所在,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題制定出合理的措施和建議,希望這些建議能夠用于將來(lái)的交換生工作中,使未來(lái)交換生能夠少走彎路,學(xué)校、老師和學(xué)生都能夠積極地投入交換生生活和學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中;為新疆大學(xué)交換生項(xiàng)目開展更加順利,各方面設(shè)施服務(wù)更加完善,新疆大學(xué)交換生教育的水平和質(zhì)量有顯著提高,以促進(jìn)新疆大學(xué)與周邊國(guó)家和地區(qū)交換合作得到全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Development strategy of opening up has become a bridgehead for the future of higher education, the exchange of graduate education as a part of higher education, plays a more and more important role in the exchanges between universities. However, due to various reasons, the development of regional education in our country is unbalanced phenomenon is obvious, as a transit opening to the west station - Xinjiang, the process of internationalization of education relatively backward. In order to improve the level of opening education exchange program, better for the future of Xinjiang international education to lay a solid foundation; to improve the International Cultural Exchange School of Xinjiang University graduate programs faster and better development of the exchange, this is what we need to solve the problem. The International Cultural Exchange School of Xinjiang University Xinjiang is the first to receive students the development of colleges, to achieve the International Cultural Exchange School of Xinjiang University in the process of internationalization, this paper mainly through questionnaire survey and interview. The Xinjiang University exchange students on the curriculum, the construction of infrastructure, quality of service satisfaction, exchange students to study to obtain a double degree of attitude and other aspects of analysis, summed up the current problems, combined with the existing problems and formulate measures and reasonable suggestions, hope these suggestions can be used for future exchange student work. The future of the exchange students to avoid detours, schools, teachers and students are able to actively exchange student life and learning; Xinjiang University exchange students to carry out the project smoothly, the service facilities more perfect, Xinjiang University exchange significantly improve the level and quality of graduate education, Xinjiang University to promote exchange with neighboring countries and regions cooperation has been fully developed.
