【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展與智能終端的日益普及,在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為人們獲取信息、傳播信息、交友和娛樂等的重要渠道。在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的海量用戶以相互關(guān)注的方式建立社交關(guān)系網(wǎng),信息通過發(fā)布、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)、推薦等方式在社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)中沿著用戶社交關(guān)系網(wǎng)進(jìn)行裂變式傳播。在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)不僅普遍呈現(xiàn)出“物以類聚,人以群分”的社區(qū)特性,并且社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)為信息的傳播提供了渠道并影響信息的傳播。本文以社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)分析為主線,挖掘社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu),通過追蹤信息傳播路徑構(gòu)建信息傳播樹(用戶社交關(guān)系網(wǎng)的子圖),并采用基于統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)零假設(shè)的零模型分析信息傳播樹的結(jié)構(gòu)特性及時(shí)權(quán)特性,間接研究“新浪微博”中的信息傳播特性及網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對信息傳播的影響。本文貢獻(xiàn)如下:(1)總結(jié)出從社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)重疊社區(qū)與層次社區(qū)的統(tǒng)一框架,并據(jù)此提出基于最大團(tuán)的重疊與層次社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)算法,其中包括針對社區(qū)相似性計(jì)算的“耦合強(qiáng)度”函數(shù)以及基于社區(qū)密度的社區(qū)質(zhì)量評估函數(shù)。通過對Zachary,Dolphins以及Coauthorship等基準(zhǔn)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn),社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)果與社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的真實(shí)社區(qū)劃分保持一致;同時(shí),與EAGLE以及CPM算法在GN基準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進(jìn)行對比實(shí)驗(yàn),在社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)精度方面獲取較好提升。(2)在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有較強(qiáng)的稀疏性,最大團(tuán)結(jié)構(gòu)很少,甚至不存在。然而,在不考慮網(wǎng)絡(luò)中單個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)及邊的情況下,每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)要么位于一個(gè)閉三元組中,要么位于一個(gè)開三元組中。基于這一事實(shí),同時(shí)作為對基于最大團(tuán)社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)算法的補(bǔ)充,本文提出了三元組過濾的社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)算法TPM。通過對基準(zhǔn)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn),社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)果與社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的真實(shí)社區(qū)劃分保持一致;并與CPM算法進(jìn)行對比,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:本文提出的TPM算法能較好的從稀疏性較強(qiáng)的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)并擁有比CPM算法更高的社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)精度。(3)在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)為信息傳播提供了渠道,為研究新浪微博中的信息傳播規(guī)律與網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對信息傳播的影響,本文通過追蹤與還原新浪微博信息傳播路徑的方式構(gòu)建信息傳播樹(由開三元組構(gòu)成的樹狀網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu));然后,考慮到信息在社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中傳播的偶然性以及數(shù)據(jù)樣本的局限性,本文采用基于統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)零假設(shè)的零模型并對傳統(tǒng)的重要性剖面進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,分析新浪微博信息傳播樹的結(jié)構(gòu)特性,包括度關(guān)聯(lián)性、信息傳播路徑級聯(lián)率以及社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)對信息傳播的影響,進(jìn)而間接地實(shí)現(xiàn)對新浪微博中信息傳播特性與網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對信息傳播影響的研究。實(shí)證分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)同樣廣泛存在于新浪微博信息傳播樹中且具有線性模塊度分布,信息在社區(qū)內(nèi)廣泛傳播而社區(qū)間的傳播受到抑制;信息傳播樹結(jié)構(gòu)中的小度節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的連接以及大度節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的連接受到較強(qiáng)抑制,具有阻礙信息傳播的作用;小度節(jié)點(diǎn)與大度節(jié)點(diǎn)之間以及小度節(jié)點(diǎn)與中度節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的連接抑制較弱,對信息傳播具有促進(jìn)作用。同時(shí),對本文提出的信息傳播樹零模型與經(jīng)典的Price模型進(jìn)行對比,結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了本文提出的信息傳播樹零模型在分析信息傳播方面的可行性,并解決了Price隨機(jī)圖模型無法直接生成信息傳播樹隨機(jī)化副本的問題。(4)在對新浪微博信息傳播樹結(jié)構(gòu)特性分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對信息傳播樹的節(jié)點(diǎn)與邊引入時(shí)權(quán)特性,提出了基于時(shí)權(quán)置亂零模型的信息傳播研究方法,研究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)重拓?fù)湟约敖Y(jié)構(gòu)對信息傳播陣發(fā)性與傳播規(guī)模的關(guān)系。通過對新浪微博信息傳播樹進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,結(jié)果表明:新浪微博用戶構(gòu)成的社交關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)有助于信息爆發(fā)性傳播,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了新浪微博中信息傳播的“5小時(shí)效應(yīng)”。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and intelligent terminals of the growing popularity of online social network has become the people's access to information, dissemination of information, an important channel for friends and entertainment. This paper takes the social network analysis as the main line, mining community structure in social networks, through tracing the information propagation path the construction of information dissemination tree (user network graph), and the use of zero statistical models of null hypothesis analysis based on information communication The structure characteristics of the tree in the right characteristics, indirect research "Sina micro-blog" information propagation characteristics and network structure of information dissemination.
