【摘要】：班組作為企業(yè)一切工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),優(yōu)秀的班組可以促進(jìn)公司更健康的發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)企業(yè)而言,在對(duì)員工的管理上就提出了更高的要求。在當(dāng)今形勢(shì)下,企業(yè)需要采用更加先進(jìn)、科學(xué)的理念來(lái)對(duì)員工進(jìn)行管理和培養(yǎng)。為了順應(yīng)這種新型管理模式的需求,我們需要一套系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化管理的目標(biāo),那就是班組管理系統(tǒng)�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō),在該系統(tǒng)的幫助下,我們能夠順利完成管理的規(guī)范和無(wú)紙化。這樣做還有一個(gè)好處在于能夠很好地幫助有關(guān)部門(mén)實(shí)行監(jiān)督工作,有效提高工作效率。雖然國(guó)網(wǎng)公司部署有班組管理系統(tǒng),但無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足泉州供電公司實(shí)際需求和管理需要,而泉州供電公司2004年研究開(kāi)發(fā)了一套班組管理網(wǎng)站,該網(wǎng)站僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了班組公共信息的發(fā)布,其功能簡(jiǎn)單。這兩套系統(tǒng)都無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足與日俱增的用戶(hù)需求和企業(yè)管理需要,比如缺少目前急需的班組材料出入庫(kù)管理、先進(jìn)班組申報(bào)評(píng)定管理,無(wú)法根據(jù)班組錄入信息的情況,統(tǒng)計(jì)排名出TOP10班組。因此,班組管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究開(kāi)發(fā)迫在眉睫。本文設(shè)計(jì)的班組管理系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式編程的整體框架,即瀏覽器與服務(wù)器交互的結(jié)構(gòu),便于系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù)。系統(tǒng)基于.net開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言為C#,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器采用SQL Server2005。本次的研究與設(shè)計(jì),預(yù)期成果是在2004年部署的班組管理網(wǎng)站的基礎(chǔ)上,建設(shè)泉州供電公司班組管理信息系統(tǒng),將班組材料出入庫(kù)、先進(jìn)班組申報(bào)實(shí)現(xiàn)流程化的管理,代替目前紙質(zhì)報(bào)送的現(xiàn)狀,并實(shí)現(xiàn)以班組錄入信息的情況統(tǒng)計(jì)出最優(yōu)TOP10班組和最差TOP10班組,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)泉州局專(zhuān)業(yè)管理工作能夠直接指向班組,減少不必要的中間環(huán)節(jié),使得泉州局的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度和各項(xiàng)任務(wù)能夠直接落實(shí)到班組,大大提高企業(yè)的管理效能。
[Abstract]:Team as the starting point and foothold of all the work of the enterprise, excellent team can promote the company to develop more healthily. Therefore, for the enterprise, in the management of employees put forward higher requirements. Under the present situation, enterprises need to adopt more advanced and scientific ideas to manage and train their employees. In order to meet the demand of this new management mode, we need a set of systems to achieve the goal of modern management, that is, shift management system. In general, with the help of the system, we can successfully complete the management of standardized and paperless. Another advantage of this is that it can help the relevant departments to carry out supervision and improve efficiency. Although the company has a team management system, it can not meet the actual needs and management needs of Quanzhou Power supply Company. In 2004, Quanzhou Power supply Company researched and developed a team management website, which only realized the release of public information. Its function is simple. Neither of these systems can meet the increasing needs of users and enterprise management, such as the lack of the much-needed management of incoming and outgoing team materials, the management of advanced team declaration and evaluation, and the inability to input information according to the shift team. Statistics rank out the TOP10 team. Therefore, the team management information system research and development is imminent. The team management system designed in this paper adopts the whole frame of B / S mode programming, that is, the structure of the interaction between browser and server, which is convenient for the development and maintenance of the system. The system is based on. Net development platform, the development language is #. the database server uses SQL Server2005.. The expected result of this research and design is to build the team management information system of Quanzhou Power supply Company on the basis of the team management website deployed in 2004, to put the team materials out of storage, and to declare the advanced team and team to realize the flow management. Instead of the present situation of paper reporting, and realizing the statistics of the best TOP10 team and the worst TOP10 team by recording the information of the shift group, the professional management work of Quanzhou Bureau can be directed directly to the shift group and reduce the unnecessary intermediate links. So that Quanzhou Bureau rules and regulations and tasks can be directly implemented to the team, greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise management.
