【摘要】：近年來,各種網(wǎng)絡安全事件層出不窮,網(wǎng)絡安全問題成為社會關注的熱點,如何感知、防御網(wǎng)絡威脅成為網(wǎng)絡安全研究的重點。網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估作為一門綜合評估網(wǎng)絡安全的技術,是現(xiàn)階段網(wǎng)絡安全領域研究的重點。神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡作為人工智能的重要組成部分,在網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估中扮演著重要角色,其中反向傳播(back propagation,BP)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡應用最為廣泛。但是BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡評估模型的收斂速度較慢,局部搜索和全局搜索能力不足等因素影響評估性能。本文提出基于布谷鳥搜索算法優(yōu)化BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(cuckoo search optimize back propagation neural network,CS-BPNN)的網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估方法,并對該方法進行實驗驗證。首先,從理論上介紹網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估知識,對網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估的定義、目的、作用和常用評估方法作詳細地研究分析,對比各方法的優(yōu)勢與不足,為后續(xù)提出的網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估方法提供理論依據(jù)。其次,提出基于CS-BPNN的網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估方法,設計評估模型,將評估模型抽象為輸入部分、映射部分和輸出部分。將映射部分的權值和閾值編碼成布谷鳥,使用布谷鳥搜索算法尋找最優(yōu)的權值和閾值,再經(jīng)BP算法對誤差進行調整。最后,對提出的基于CS-BPNN的網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估方法進行實驗驗證。搭建實驗網(wǎng)絡,模擬正常用戶和攻擊者對網(wǎng)絡進行訪問和攻擊,從網(wǎng)絡中獲取態(tài)勢數(shù)據(jù),與基于粒子群算法優(yōu)化BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡和基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡的網(wǎng)絡安全態(tài)勢評估方法進行對比,使用Matlab軟件完成三種方法的設計,實驗結果表明本文所提出的方法具有較快的評估速度和較高精度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a variety of network security incidents emerge in endlessly, network security issues have become the focus of social concern, how to perceive and defend against network threats has become the focus of network security research. Network security situation assessment as a comprehensive evaluation of network security technology is the focus of network security research. As an important part of artificial intelligence, neural network plays an important role in network security situation assessment, in which back propagation BP neural network is the most widely used. However, the convergence speed of BP neural network evaluation model is slow, and the local search and global search ability are not enough to influence the evaluation performance. This paper presents a network security situation assessment method based on Cuckoo search algorithm and optimized BP neural network (cuckoo search optimize back propagation neural network CS-BPNN). The method is verified by experiments. First of all, it introduces the knowledge of network security situation assessment in theory, makes a detailed study and analysis of the definition, purpose, function and common evaluation methods of network security situation assessment, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method. It provides the theoretical basis for the following network security situation assessment method. Secondly, the network security situation assessment method based on CS-BPNN is proposed, and the evaluation model is designed. The evaluation model is abstracted into input part, mapping part and output part. The weights and thresholds of the mapping part are coded into cuckoo, and the optimal weights and thresholds are found by using the Cuckoo search algorithm, and then the error is adjusted by BP algorithm. Finally, the proposed network security situation assessment method based on CS-BPNN is verified experimentally. Build the experimental network, simulate the normal users and attackers to access and attack the network, and obtain the situation data from the network. Compared with the methods of optimizing BP neural network based on particle swarm optimization and BP neural network, using Matlab software to complete the design of three methods. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher evaluation speed and higher accuracy.
