中國網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力及影響因素研究

【摘要】:教練員是競技體育體系中最重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一,教練員執(zhí)教能力是競技體育成功發(fā)展的決定性因素,F(xiàn)代各國之間競技體育的競爭,就是各國教練員執(zhí)教能力的競爭。我國網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目近年來有了非常大的進(jìn)步,但是,我國網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力整體水平不高,成為我國網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的掣肘。本文以中國網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力和影響因素為研究對象,以運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練學(xué)、運(yùn)動(dòng)心理學(xué)、管理學(xué)、系統(tǒng)論為理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以我國中高級(jí)網(wǎng)球教練員、網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)管理中心管理人員和高級(jí)教練員培訓(xùn)講師為調(diào)查對象,在借鑒國內(nèi)外教練員執(zhí)教能力和影響因素研究方法和成果的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究教練員執(zhí)教能力概念的定義和內(nèi)涵,構(gòu)建中國網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力指標(biāo)體系和影響因素指標(biāo)體系,分析各影響因素影響路徑和機(jī)制。本研究為豐富我國網(wǎng)球教練員培養(yǎng)方式、提高培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、提升執(zhí)教能力提供理論參考。本文的研究有兩處創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):第一,界定教練員執(zhí)教能力概念,并根據(jù)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和網(wǎng)球教練員職業(yè)特征,提出網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力構(gòu)成要素,開發(fā)網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力測量題項(xiàng),使用探索性因子分析法,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力指標(biāo)體系,根據(jù)得到的執(zhí)教能力函數(shù)方程公式對指標(biāo)體系四個(gè)維度按重要性進(jìn)行排序;第二,在網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力影響因素指標(biāo)體系,對指標(biāo)體系的三個(gè)維度按影響力大小排序,并全面地探討和分析各影響因素。研究得到以下結(jié)論:1)中國網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力指標(biāo)體系具有四維結(jié)構(gòu),它們是指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練能力、指揮比賽能力、科研和創(chuàng)新能力、管理協(xié)調(diào)能力。2)指揮比賽能力是網(wǎng)球教練員最重要的執(zhí)教能力,隨后是指導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練能力、科研和創(chuàng)新能力、管理協(xié)調(diào)能力。3)科學(xué)選賽能力、賽間訓(xùn)練能力、心理調(diào)動(dòng)和調(diào)整能力、人際關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)能力是中國網(wǎng)球網(wǎng)球教練員區(qū)別于其他項(xiàng)目教練員的執(zhí)教能力。4)中國網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力影響因素分為內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素與外部環(huán)境因素,具有三個(gè)維度,它們是個(gè)人特質(zhì)因素、個(gè)性心理因素和社會(huì)因素。其中,個(gè)人特質(zhì)因素和個(gè)性心理因素是內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素,社會(huì)因素屬于外部環(huán)境因素。5)個(gè)人特質(zhì)因素對網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力影響最大,社會(huì)因素對網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力影響次之,個(gè)性心理因素對網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教能力影響程度最小。
[Abstract]:Coaches are one of the most important links in the competitive sports system, and the coaches' teaching ability is the decisive factor for the successful development of competitive sports. The competition of competitive sports among modern countries is the competition of coaches' teaching ability. There has been great progress in tennis events in China in recent years. However, the overall level of teaching ability of tennis coaches in China is not high, which has become a constraint to the development of tennis events in China. This paper takes the teaching ability and influencing factors of Chinese tennis coaches as the research object, taking sports training, sports psychology, management science and system theory as the theoretical basis, using the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics. Taking the middle and advanced tennis coaches, the management staff of the tennis management center and the senior coaches training lecturer as the objects of investigation, the author draws lessons from the research methods and achievements of the coaches' teaching ability and influencing factors at home and abroad. This paper deeply studies the definition and connotation of the concept of coaches' teaching ability, constructs the index system of Chinese tennis coaches' teaching ability and the index system of influencing factors, and analyzes the influence paths and mechanisms of each influencing factor. This study provides a theoretical reference for enriching the training mode of tennis coaches, improving the training quality and improving the teaching ability. This paper has two innovative points: first, define the concept of coaching ability of coaches, and according to the characteristics of tennis events and professional characteristics of tennis coaches, put forward the elements of the teaching ability of tennis coaches. Develop the tennis coach teaching ability measurement item, use exploratory factor analysis method, construct the tennis coach teaching ability index system, according to the obtained teaching ability function equation formula, the four dimensions of the index system according to the importance of ranking; Second, on the basis of the tennis coaches' teaching ability index system, further construct the tennis coaches' teaching ability influence factor index system, the three dimensions of the index system according to the influence order, And the influence factors are discussed and analyzed comprehensively. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) the index system of Chinese tennis coaches' teaching ability has a four-dimensional structure, which is the ability of guiding training, directing competition, scientific research and innovation. The ability of management and coordination is the most important ability of tennis coaches, followed by the ability to guide sports training, scientific research and innovation, management coordination ability. 3) the ability of scientific selection and inter-match training. Psychological mobilization and adjustment ability, interpersonal coordination ability is the ability of Chinese tennis coaches different from other sports coaches teaching ability .4) Chinese tennis coaches teaching ability factors can be divided into internal environmental factors and external environmental factors. There are three dimensions, they are personal trait factors, personality psychological factors and social factors. Among them, personal trait factor and personality psychological factor are internal environment factor, social factor belongs to external environment factor .5) personal trait factor has the most influence on tennis coach's teaching ability, social factor has the second influence on tennis coach's teaching ability. The influence of personality psychological factors on the teaching ability of tennis coaches is the least.
