【摘要】:在現(xiàn)今移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和大數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)代背景推動(dòng)下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情在表達(dá)社情民意、民眾心聲方面發(fā)揮了前所未有的重要作用,輿情信息中蘊(yùn)含的情感要素作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情六大要素之一,在社會(huì)輿情空間內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)出更強(qiáng)的巨量性、集聚性、突變性和復(fù)雜性,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情發(fā)生發(fā)展過程的催化劑。黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)中提出健全堅(jiān)持正確輿論導(dǎo)向和網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件處置機(jī)制,建立良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論工作格局。其中及時(shí)、精準(zhǔn)、高效地把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情參與民眾的情感變化趨向和規(guī)律是網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作格局建設(shè)的內(nèi)容之一,具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感問題是信息學(xué)、心理學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)相融合的綜合性研究,目前已得到國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究學(xué)者的普遍關(guān)注,探究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情與信息情感相關(guān)的一系列研究問題成為本交叉領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn),相關(guān)研究者也在輿情信息的傳播、監(jiān)測(cè)和危機(jī)管理等方面做了較多的探討。實(shí)際上網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下輿情信息情感具有自身多維交互的動(dòng)力作用空間,其背后隱藏著諸多極其敏感且可預(yù)測(cè)的情感變化規(guī)律,然而,目前研究成果中對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度的分析研究尚未涉及,也未將網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感問題放在具有維度結(jié)構(gòu)的完整空間內(nèi)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)建構(gòu)和關(guān)聯(lián)解析,這也正是網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息分析與監(jiān)測(cè)研究中亟待重點(diǎn)突破的研究課題之一。本研究帶著深入探尋網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間規(guī)律的目的,以情報(bào)心理學(xué)、情感維度理論、情感計(jì)算和情感識(shí)別為理論和技術(shù)支撐,全面分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度的內(nèi)涵、特征、度量、關(guān)聯(lián)作用等,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間的建立及子空間作用機(jī)制,對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間中基本單位——信息情感元的概念、分布和語義庫構(gòu)成等做了較全面的解析,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元識(shí)別目標(biāo)、要素、模型進(jìn)行了闡釋,并對(duì)論文提出的主要模型做了實(shí)證研究的嘗試,期望進(jìn)一步表達(dá)和量化網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間特征和演化規(guī)律,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情情感計(jì)算領(lǐng)域研究提供基礎(chǔ)理論和技術(shù)參考。第一章緒論,主要闡述網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息發(fā)展的時(shí)代和歷史背景、闡述了本研究課題的目的和意義,綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感研究的現(xiàn)狀,并發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的關(guān)鍵問題作為本研究的基本出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析研究中使用的方法和技術(shù)路線,最后概括了本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章相關(guān)理論綜述,闡述了信息論與全信息理論、心理學(xué)與情報(bào)心理學(xué)相關(guān)的基本情緒論、離散情感理論、情感維度理論、情感原型理論等幾種主要的研究理論;基于以上理論進(jìn)一步將網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、信息情感和維度空間概念做了綜述和界定,同時(shí)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息分析的度量方法做了分析和比較,最后對(duì)情感計(jì)算和情感識(shí)別理論和技術(shù)的發(fā)展研究以及在本研究的應(yīng)用途徑做了闡述。第三章網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度分析,依據(jù)情感維度相關(guān)理論和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感的特征和屬性分析,提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的信息情感維度概念,定義了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情情感各特征的內(nèi)涵、要素,并通過案例分析對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息發(fā)展中各個(gè)維度的特征和表現(xiàn)做了深入探討,以此作為研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn),為后續(xù)關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間的構(gòu)建做好研究鋪墊。第四章網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度要素關(guān)聯(lián)模型的構(gòu)建,首先對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度要素進(jìn)行提取,對(duì)各個(gè)維度要素的關(guān)聯(lián)作用進(jìn)行理論分析,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建關(guān)聯(lián)模型,最后驗(yàn)證網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度要素關(guān)聯(lián)模型,進(jìn)一步闡釋網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度的關(guān)聯(lián)性和演變規(guī)律。第五章網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度的空間構(gòu)建,基于前期網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度的研究基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間的概念、構(gòu)成與特征,提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感空間的構(gòu)建原則,詳細(xì)闡釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間構(gòu)建的心理學(xué)基礎(chǔ),基于以上分析應(yīng)用a-v-p心理學(xué)模型構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間,進(jìn)而闡述了情感維度空間中各多維情感綜合作用機(jī)制,總結(jié)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感空間運(yùn)動(dòng)模式。第六章網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間中情感元解析,首先闡釋網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元的概念,包括信息情感元的定義、空間特征和分類,剖析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元與其所在空間的關(guān)聯(lián),探討多維信息情感元語義庫的組成方法,探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元在各個(gè)子空間中語義鴻溝的解決途徑,進(jìn)而提出信息情感元關(guān)聯(lián)模型、語義判定流程和空間時(shí)序特征。第七章基于多維尺度的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元的識(shí)別模型構(gòu)建,首先提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元識(shí)別的總體框架,包括識(shí)別目標(biāo)、技術(shù)方法等,進(jìn)而提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元關(guān)聯(lián)度量影響模型,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元識(shí)別因素進(jìn)行分析,最后優(yōu)化了歐式距離的多維尺度識(shí)別模型,期望將網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感元放在空間概念下進(jìn)行識(shí)別理論和方法上的嘗試。第八章實(shí)證研究,根據(jù)前期研究基礎(chǔ),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集、標(biāo)注、預(yù)處理,然后根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間聚類分析,對(duì)空間數(shù)據(jù)的分布特性、聚類方法、聚類模型進(jìn)行比較和描述,最后根據(jù)前期研究的結(jié)果對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度子空間聚類結(jié)果、信息情感元識(shí)別結(jié)果、信息情感維度子空間隸屬頻率、信息情感元聚集性危機(jī)預(yù)警結(jié)果等進(jìn)行分析和探討,進(jìn)而闡釋了信息情感元對(duì)輿情演變影響的趨勢(shì)估計(jì)。第九章總結(jié)與展望,總結(jié)本文的研究工作、取得的創(chuàng)新成果和不足之處,并給出了進(jìn)一步研究的設(shè)想。事實(shí)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息隱含的情感語義內(nèi)容是具有隱含性、多維性、關(guān)聯(lián)性的一個(gè)較為完整的情感空間系統(tǒng),深入探尋網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息情感維度空間及信息情感元如何關(guān)聯(lián)和相互作用,有助于深入探尋網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息中情感數(shù)據(jù)的內(nèi)在規(guī)律以及多維信息情感數(shù)據(jù)的作用空間范圍,從而為大數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的高效引導(dǎo)提供有益參考,提升輿情危機(jī)的預(yù)測(cè)、管理與導(dǎo)向的水平和能力。
