【摘要】：政府的政策與規(guī)則是企業(yè)面對(duì)的一個(gè)主要外部環(huán)境。許多研究認(rèn)為政治關(guān)聯(lián)可以為企業(yè)帶來獨(dú)特的利益,其對(duì)企業(yè)的績(jī)效和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位具有較大的影響。而相對(duì)國(guó)有企業(yè)而言,私營(yíng)企業(yè)經(jīng)常面臨著資源的有限性,從而使得他們需要更積極的適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境以及更多的參與政府的活動(dòng)來客服外部制度的不確定性。因此政治關(guān)聯(lián)在私營(yíng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)中的作用研究對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)而言頗具意義�；谝酝P(guān)于政治關(guān)聯(lián)的研究,本文從企業(yè)家特征的視角來解釋其對(duì)企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建的影響。同時(shí)進(jìn)一步研究了政治關(guān)聯(lián)、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資和雇員離職率之間的關(guān)系。具體而言,本研究包含以下4個(gè)部分：(1)子研究1旨在研究政治關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建的動(dòng)因,即政治關(guān)聯(lián)究竟在企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)過程中發(fā)揮怎樣的作用。本部分分析了在企業(yè)的不同生命周期階段中(創(chuàng)立期、成長(zhǎng)期和成熟期),企業(yè)家的政治關(guān)聯(lián)在企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)過程中如何為企業(yè)創(chuàng)建優(yōu)勢(shì)。研究結(jié)果顯示,在企業(yè)的創(chuàng)立期,政治關(guān)聯(lián)有助于企業(yè)合法化的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在企業(yè)的發(fā)展期,政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施具有促進(jìn)作用。在企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定階段,政治關(guān)聯(lián)可以幫助企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)外部的市場(chǎng)危機(jī)。本研究解釋了政治關(guān)聯(lián)如何在企業(yè)不同生命周期階段發(fā)揮不同的作用,對(duì)企業(yè)家的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的制定具有指導(dǎo)作用。(2)基于資源依賴?yán)碚?子研究2從企業(yè)家的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和政治基因出發(fā),研究其對(duì)企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建的影響。同時(shí)考慮到企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略差異,深入分析了企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新與國(guó)際化程度對(duì)政治關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建的調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過對(duì)2297家中國(guó)私營(yíng)企業(yè)的樣本數(shù)據(jù)分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)家的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位與政治基因?qū)ζ髽I(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的構(gòu)建具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用；企業(yè)創(chuàng)新水平越高,企業(yè)家的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對(duì)企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建的促進(jìn)作用越弱；而當(dāng)企業(yè)具有較高的國(guó)際化水平時(shí),企業(yè)家的的政治基因則對(duì)企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)構(gòu)建的促進(jìn)作用越強(qiáng)。本研究對(duì)于企業(yè)家的市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略和非市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇具有指導(dǎo)意義。(3)基于社會(huì)交換理論,子研究3對(duì)企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)與企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討。本研究認(rèn)為擁有政治關(guān)聯(lián)的企業(yè)為了獲取政治合法性,將社會(huì)責(zé)任的過度投資作為一種禮物來與政府進(jìn)行互惠交換。以中國(guó)私營(yíng)企業(yè)為樣本的研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)的政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任的過度投資具有促進(jìn)作用。同時(shí),政府資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度對(duì)這一影響機(jī)制具有促進(jìn)作用。本研究揭示了企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)中政治關(guān)聯(lián)的兩面性,它為企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的投資提供了參照。(4)基于認(rèn)知理論,本文第4個(gè)子研究分析政治關(guān)聯(lián)和企業(yè)社會(huì)雇員離職率之間的關(guān)系,并探討企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資的中介作用和企業(yè)雇員薪資水平的調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過對(duì)中國(guó)2056家私營(yíng)企業(yè)樣本的分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn),政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)雇員離職率具有負(fù)效應(yīng)。研究結(jié)果還表明,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資在政治關(guān)聯(lián)和企業(yè)雇員離職率之間具有中介作用,企業(yè)雇員薪資水平對(duì)這一關(guān)系有正向的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本研究為企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資和薪資水平的制定提供了決策參考。
[Abstract]:The government's policies and rules is one of the main external environment faced by enterprises. Many studies believe that political connections can bring unique benefits for the enterprise, has a great influence on the enterprise performance and competitive position. And the relative state-owned enterprises, private enterprises are often faced with limited resources, so they need to be more active to adapt to the external environment and more activities to participate in government service to external system uncertainty. Therefore to study the effect of political connections in the private enterprise in the operation of enterprise growth quite significant. The past research on the political relation based on the characteristics of entrepreneurs from the perspective of its impact on Corporate Political Association. At the same time, political construction the association further studies the relationship between corporate social responsibility and employee turnover rate between investment. Specifically, this study includes the following 4 parts: ( 1) sub study 1 to study the construction of political association, political association is the process of growth in the enterprise role. This part analyzes in the different stages of the life cycle of enterprises (in the early stage, growth stage and maturity stage), the political association of entrepreneurs in the business growth process how to create a business advantage. The results of the study showed that in the early stage of political connection enterprises, helping enterprises to achieve the legalization. In the development of enterprises, promote the implementation of the strategy of the enterprise market of political association. In the stable stage of enterprises, political connections can help enterprises to deal with external market crisis. This study explained how political connections play different roles in different stages of the enterprise life cycle, making the entrepreneur competition strategy has the guiding role. (2) based on the resource dependence theory, the sub study from 2 entrepreneurs The social economic and political status of the gene, to study its effect on corporate political association construction. At the same time considering the market differentiation strategy for enterprises, in-depth analysis of the regulating effect of innovation and internationalization of enterprise of political association. Through the sample data of 2297 private enterprises China analysis, this paper found that the entrepreneur's social economic status and the political gene has significant role in promoting the construction of corporate political association; the higher the level of enterprise innovation, entrepreneur's social economic status on the construction of corporate political association to promote the role of the weak; and when the enterprise has a high level of internationalization, gene political entrepreneurs are on corporate political association building role in promoting stronger. Has the guiding significance for entrepreneurs on the market strategy and non market strategy. (3) based on the social exchange theory, 3 sub study of enterprises Relationship between political connection and corporate social responsibility investment are discussed. This study holds the political association of enterprises in order to obtain political legitimacy, the excessive investment of social responsibility as a gift with the government. In order to Chinese reciprocal exchange of private enterprise as a sample. The results showed that the excessive investment of political connection Enterprises social responsibility is promoted. At the same time, the degree of government resource competition has a promoting effect on the influence mechanism. This study reveals the duality of political association of business operations, it is a reference. Corporate social responsibility investment provided (4) based on the cognitive theory, this paper studies fourth sub analysis of political Association and corporate social workers the relationship between the turnover rate, and to explore the role of corporate social responsibility investment intermediary role and enterprise employees wages by 2056 private China. The enterprise sample analysis, this paper found that political connection has a negative effect on the rate of employee turnover. The results also show that corporate social responsibility investment in political association and enterprise employee turnover rate has mediating effect between enterprises, employee salary level has positive moderating effect on the relationship. This study developed for investment and corporate social responsibility salary levels provide a reference.
