高等教育大眾化背景下的輔導員影響力研究

【摘要】:高等教育大眾化使中國的高等教育發(fā)生了深刻的變化,引發(fā)了思想政治教育的相應調(diào)整與變革。高等教育大眾化是當下中國高校開展思想政治教育的現(xiàn)實背景,也是輔導員工作體系和工作職能轉(zhuǎn)變的助推器。中國高等教育正從精英教育階段向大眾化教育階段過渡。在這一過程中,高等教育顯現(xiàn)出各種教育類型、特征或因素同時并存的特點,提示我們既要明確高等教育類型轉(zhuǎn)變的方向和目標,又要在具體工作中充分考慮高等教育的現(xiàn)實基礎,有針對性地選擇相應的方式、方法、策略或措施。在中國高等教育大眾化的發(fā)展過程中,高等學校的大學生群體和輔導員隊伍發(fā)生了有別于精英階段的變化。大學生的整體規(guī)模、群體結(jié)構(gòu)、思想觀念、利益訴求對輔導員工作提出了新的要求。特別是高等教育大眾化使大學出現(xiàn)以就業(yè)為導向的價值取向,大學的功利化和工具化的傾向日趨明顯,維系輔導員和大學生之間的紐帶——人文精神,也面臨著世俗化的困境。如此種種,使輔導員的工作錯綜復雜,輔導員影響力經(jīng)受著嚴峻的考驗。另一方面,輔導員隊伍隨著高等教育規(guī)模的膨脹而不斷增加。輔導員在大學生思想政治教育中的重要作用是不言而喻的。但是這支隊伍表現(xiàn)出的過度年輕化、學歷較低、職稱和職位均偏低等現(xiàn)象和問題,在相當程度上制約著輔導員的影響力的發(fā)揮。論文首先闡述了選題的背景及意義,并對國內(nèi)外關于高等教育大眾化、影響力和輔導員影響力等方面的理論及研究成果進行梳理,分析了本論文的研究方法和創(chuàng)新點。其次,論文對中國高等教育大眾化進行了多維解讀。中國高等教育大眾化的發(fā)展歷程并不長,自上個世紀90年代以來,中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,特別是知識經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展引發(fā)高等教育擴招,加上國家教育政策的拉動,促進了中國高等教育大眾化的發(fā)展。在中國高等教育大眾化發(fā)展的歷程中,其趕超性、過渡性和初始性的特征非常明顯。高等教育大眾化不僅改變了中國高等教育的面貌,滿足了普通民眾對高等教育的需求,還更新了中國高等教育的觀念,具有重要的歷史意義和現(xiàn)實價值。再次,論文闡述了輔導員影響力的相關理論,這也是本論文的重點。論文界定了本研究的核心概念——輔導員影響力的內(nèi)涵。輔導員影響力是輔導員與大學生之間的一種關系,輔導員憑借這種關系以學生工作的需要、愿望、傾向或意圖影響大學生的行動或行動傾向。論文從輔導員影響力屬于雙向互動關系的視角對輔導員影響力進行了解讀,提出了輔導員的影響力的函數(shù)公式,闡釋了輔導員影響力的結(jié)果導向性、調(diào)控性、可度量性等特征,對輔導員影響力的類型和來源進行了系統(tǒng)探討,也揭示了構(gòu)建輔導員影響力的必要性和意義。在此基礎上,論文全面分析了高等教育大眾化對輔導員影響力的沖擊和影響。高等教育大眾化打破了中國傳統(tǒng)精英型高等教育的結(jié)構(gòu)和平衡,使中國高等教育體系面臨著一次長期的、深層次的、大規(guī)模的分化與重組。高等教育大眾化的直接效應是大學生數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,一方面大學生規(guī)模急劇擴張,另一方面大學生群體人口結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出多樣化特征。與此相對應的是,輔導員隊伍呈現(xiàn)輔導員與大學生的師生比偏低以及輔導員隊伍年齡低、學歷低、職位和職稱低的短板,造成了輔導員與大學生關系弱化、交流平臺缺失和構(gòu)建影響力的動力不足等問題。最后,論文從輔導員、大學生和教育管理環(huán)境等三方面因素,系統(tǒng)梳理輔導員影響力的產(chǎn)生機理和運行結(jié)構(gòu),提出了提升輔導員影響力的策略方案。從輔導員的視角看,培養(yǎng)專業(yè)型、專家型輔導員是提升其影響力的首選策略。從大學生的視角看,支持學生參與、尊重并誘發(fā)大學生的需要、加強大學生人格培育和人文精神培養(yǎng)等是提升輔導員影響力的有效途徑。從教育管理環(huán)境的角度看,提高輔導員工作成效、改善輔導員工作的統(tǒng)籌設計、推進輔導員工作現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型等是提升輔導員影響力的現(xiàn)實措施。
[Abstract]:The popularization of higher education has made a profound change in China's higher education, which has led to the corresponding adjustment and reform of Ideological and political education. The popularization of higher education is the realistic background of the ideological and political education in Chinese universities and colleges. It is also the booster of the work system and the change of the work function of the counselors. China's higher education is changing from the stage of elite education to the stage of mass education. In this process, the characteristics of higher education showing various types of education, characteristics or factors coexist, suggesting that we should clear the direction and goal of higher education transformation, and fully consider the realistic foundation of higher education in specific work, to choose the appropriate ways and methods, strategies and measures. In the process of the popularization of higher education in China, the group of college students and the team of counselors have changed in different stages of the elite. The college students' overall scale, group structure, ideas and interest demands put forward new requirements to the work of the counselors. Especially the popularization of higher education has led to the employment oriented value orientation of universities. The utilitarian and instrumentalism tendency of universities is increasingly obvious, maintaining the link between instructors and university students, the spirit of humanity, and facing the dilemma of secularization. All of these make the work of the counselor complicated and the influence of the counselor. On the other hand, the team of counselors is increasing with the expansion of the scale of higher education. The important role of the counselor in the ideological and political education of college students is self-evident. However, the phenomenon and problems such as overage, low educational background, low professional title and position are restricting the exertion of counselors' influence. This paper first expounds the background and significance of the topic selection, and combs the theories and research results about the popularization, influence and instructor influence of higher education at home and abroad, and analyzes the research methods and innovation points of this paper. Secondly, the thesis makes a multidimensional interpretation of the popularization of higher education in China. The development of mass higher education in China is not long. Since the 90s of last century, China's economic development, especially the development of knowledge economy, has led to the enrollment expansion of higher education, and the promotion of national education policy has promoted the development of mass higher education in China. In the course of the popularization of higher education in China, the characteristics of its surpassing, transitional and initialization are very obvious. The popularization of higher education not only changed the appearance of Chinese higher education, met the needs of ordinary people for higher education, but also updated the concept of Chinese higher education, which has important historical and practical value. Thirdly, the thesis expounds the related theory of the influence of the counselor, which is the focus of this paper. The thesis defines the core concept of this study, the connotation of the influence of the counselor. The influence of counselors is a relationship between Counselors and college students. Counselors rely on this relationship to influence college students' action or action tendency based on their needs, aspirations, inclinations or intentions. This paper belongs to the interactive relationship between the influence from the instructor perspective for the interpretation of counselors' influence, put forward the function formula the influence of counselors, counselor explains the result of the influence of guidance, control, measurement and other features, types and sources of counselors influence were discussed. It reveals the necessity and significance of constructing the influence of counselors. On this basis, the paper comprehensively analyzes the impact and influence of the popularization of higher education on the influence of counselors. The popularization of higher education has broken the structure and balance of China's traditional elite higher education, making China's higher education system face a long-term, deep and large-scale differentiation and reorganization. The direct effect of the popularization of higher education is the change of the number and structure of college students. On the one hand, the scale of college students is expanding rapidly. On the other hand, the demographic structure of college students shows diversified characteristics. Correspondingly, the team of instructors instructor and student teacher ratio is low and the short board of counselors in low age, low education, low position and title, causing problems, weakening the relationship between instructors and students to exchange the platform construction and lack of influence of the shortage of power. Finally, from the three factors, such as counselors, college students and educational management environment, this paper systematically combs the influence mechanism and operation structure of counselors, and puts forward a strategic plan to enhance the influence of counselors. From the perspective of counselors, the training of professional and expert counselors is the first choice to improve their influence. From the perspective of college students, supporting student participation, respecting and inducing college students' needs, strengthening college students' personality cultivation and humanistic spirit training are effective ways to enhance counselors' influence. From the perspective of educational management environment, improving the effectiveness of counselors' work, improving the overall planning of counselors' work and promoting the modern transformation of counselors' work are the practical measures to enhance the influence of counselors.
