【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)作為我國最基層的行政機構(gòu),鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部是黨的路線、方針、政策最終端的執(zhí)行者,是社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的中堅力量。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的理想信念直接關(guān)系著黨在基層執(zhí)政的穩(wěn)固地位,關(guān)系著社會主義新農(nóng)村的和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,關(guān)系著新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的發(fā)展進程。因此,開展鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部理想信念教育研究具有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本論文首先對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部、其理想信念及教育等概念作了基本闡述,并試述了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的特點、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部理想信念教育的基本內(nèi)容和重要性等。其次通過調(diào)查問卷和實地走訪等方式對全省鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部理想信念教育現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研分析,在充分肯定近幾年來取得成績的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了仍然存在的問題及其成因。最后針對當前存在的問題,提出了強化鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部理想信念的自我教育能力、拓寬鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部理想信念教育方式方法、改善鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部理想信念教育環(huán)境、構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部理想信念教育長效機制等具體對策。
[Abstract]:As the most basic administrative organization of our country, the leading cadres of the Party members in the villages and towns are the executors of the Party's line, principles and policies, and are the backbone of the construction of the new socialist countryside and the construction of the new urbanization. The ideals and beliefs of the leading cadres of the township Party members are directly related to the firm position of the Party in power at the grass-roots level, the harmonious and stable development of the new socialist countryside, and the development process of the new urbanization construction. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on the education of ideals and beliefs of the leading cadres of township Party members. In this paper, the concepts of the leading cadres of township Party members, their ideals, beliefs and education are expounded at first, and the characteristics of the leading cadres of party members in towns and villages, the basic contents and importance of the education of ideals and beliefs of the leading cadres of party members in towns and townships are also discussed. Secondly, by means of questionnaire and field visit, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the education of ideals and beliefs of the township Party members and leading cadres in the whole province. On the basis of fully affirming the achievements made in recent years, it points out the existing problems and their causes. Finally, in view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward to strengthen the self-education ability of the township Party members and leading cadres, widen the ways and methods of the township Party members' leading cadres' ideal and belief education, and improve the education environment of the township party members' leading cadres' ideals and beliefs. The concrete countermeasures such as constructing the long-term mechanism of the ideal and belief education of the leading cadres of the Party members in the villages and towns.
