【摘要】：當今世界正處于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展時期,智能手機和iPad等智能終端的日漸普及,給人類的思維方式和行為習慣帶來了翻天覆地的變化。與此同時,媒介技術和媒介傳播方式也發(fā)生了顛覆性的變化,各種新媒體如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn),傳播主體更加多元,傳播內容更加豐富,傳播效果更加突出。當今社會,我國城市化和工業(yè)化進程加快,大批新生代農民工涌入城市,給城市帶來了大量的勞動力。不同于過去的傳統(tǒng)農民工,新生代農民工接觸新媒體的范圍更廣,使用新媒體的頻率更高,對新媒體也更為依賴。而新媒體對新生代農民工的影響也更加深刻,在其城市融入過程中發(fā)揮著一定的作用。如今,新生代農民工已經成為進城務工大軍中的主力軍,在城市的現(xiàn)代化建設中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,但新生代農民工實現(xiàn)真正融入城市還存在著諸多阻力因素。新媒體是新生代農民工融入城市的重要工具,如何有效引導新生代農民工正確使用新媒體,成為當前一項迫切的課題。本文選取了河南省省會——鄭州市作為調查研究的地點,選擇了鄭州市城區(qū)的建筑業(yè)、制造業(yè)、商業(yè)服務業(yè)和住宿餐飲業(yè)四個行業(yè)開展了問卷調查和深度訪談的工作。前后發(fā)放調查問卷共計500份,深度訪談6人。后期通過整理訪談資料,同時借助統(tǒng)計軟件對所回收的480份有效問卷進行統(tǒng)計分析后,對新媒體使用對新生代農民工城市融入的影響有了一個基本的認識。結果表明,新媒體使用對新生代農民工城市融入具有一定的影響。新媒體的使用情況不同,對新生代農民工城市融入的影響也不同。面對科技的進步和社會的變化,如何發(fā)揮新媒體的作用,取其精華,去其糟粕,更好地為新生代農民工的城市融入提供有益影響?這都是需要國家、社會和個人共同關注和思考的問題�；谏鲜霭l(fā)現(xiàn),本研究嘗試提出了一些建議和對策:一是希望加強新媒體使用的政策監(jiān)管力度,二是為新生代農民工搭建人性化的新媒體平臺,三是建立線上線下相結合的活動形式,四是提升新生代農民工的媒介素養(yǎng)。在政府、社會和其自身的共同努力下,才能更有效地推動新生代農民工的城市融入。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world is in the period of rapid development of mobile Internet. The increasing popularity of smart terminals such as smartphones and iPads has brought about tremendous changes to the way of thinking and behavior of human beings. At the same time, media technology and media communication methods have also undergone subversive changes, a variety of new media have sprung up, the main body of communication is more diverse, the content of communication is more abundant, the communication effect is more prominent. Nowadays, the process of urbanization and industrialization in our country is speeding up, and a large number of new generation migrant workers pour into the city, which brings a lot of labor force to the city. Different from the traditional migrant workers in the past, the new generation of migrant workers have more extensive access to new media, more frequent use of new media, and more dependence on new media. The influence of new media on the new generation of migrant workers is more profound and plays a certain role in the process of urban integration. Nowadays, the new generation of migrant workers has become the main force in the army of migrant workers in cities, which plays an important role in the modernization of the city. However, there are still many resistance factors for the new generation of migrant workers to truly integrate into the city. The new media is an important tool for the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into the city. How to effectively guide the new generation of migrant workers to use the new media correctly has become an urgent issue. This paper selects Zhengzhou, the provincial capital of Henan Province, as the research site, and selects the construction industry, manufacturing industry, commercial service industry and accommodation and catering industry in Zhengzhou City to carry out questionnaires and in-depth interviews. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out before and after, and 6 people were interviewed in depth. After finishing the interview data and analyzing 480 valid questionnaires with the help of statistical software, the author has a basic understanding of the influence of the new media use on the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers. The results show that the use of new media has a certain impact on the new generation of migrant workers urban integration. The use of new media has a different impact on the new generation of migrant workers' urban integration. In the face of the progress of science and technology and the changes of society, how to play the role of new media, take its essence, discard its dross, and better provide a beneficial impact for the new generation of migrant workers' urban integration? These are issues that require the common attention and consideration of the state, society and individuals. Based on the above findings, this study tries to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures: first, to strengthen the policy supervision of the use of new media; second, to build a humanized new media platform for the new generation of migrant workers. The third is to establish a combination of online and offline activities, and the fourth is to improve the media literacy of the new generation of migrant workers. With the joint efforts of the government, society and themselves, the new generation of migrant workers can be more effectively integrated into the city.
