【摘要】：在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)今時(shí)代,突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情與人們的政治、文化、生活息息相關(guān),越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情發(fā)展日益壯大,各國(guó)政府也意識(shí)到其在突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的管理和應(yīng)對(duì)方面如果能發(fā)揮好的作用,有效的和民眾進(jìn)行溝通,就能夠很好地化解突發(fā)輿情事件帶來(lái)的危機(jī),創(chuàng)造一個(gè)文明、和諧的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,帶領(lǐng)全國(guó)各族人民同心同德,全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì),因此加強(qiáng)了這方面的研究和建設(shè)。本文在充分利用國(guó)內(nèi)外網(wǎng)站資源和文獻(xiàn)資料,進(jìn)行大量研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總體把握了國(guó)外政府在應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),并深入調(diào)查了我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情事件研究的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)以及在輿情應(yīng)對(duì)方面所存在的問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分析和研究,為我國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情提出了建設(shè)性意見和建議。
[Abstract]:In the era of the rapid development of the Internet, public opinion of emergency network is closely related to people's politics, culture and life, and is more and more valued by people. The network public opinion is growing stronger and stronger. Governments of all countries also realize that if they can play a good role in the management and response of emergency network public opinion and communicate effectively with the public, they can resolve the crisis brought about by sudden public opinion events. Create a civilized, harmonious network environment, leading the people of all ethnic groups in the country to work together to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, we strengthen the research and construction in this area. This paper makes full use of the domestic and foreign website resources and literature, and carries out a large number of research. Overall grasp the successful experience of foreign governments in responding to unexpected public opinion online, and in-depth investigation of the status quo, characteristics and problems in the area of public opinion response in China. On the basis of the analysis and research, the constructive suggestions and suggestions are put forward for our country to deal with the emergency network public opinion.
