【摘要】:師范教育是教育體系的重要組成部分,其在民國時(shí)期激烈動(dòng)蕩的社會(huì)變革和轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中經(jīng)歷了獨(dú)立設(shè)置、合并辦理到多元開放體系構(gòu)建的艱難曲折發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)近代中國社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深刻影響。本研究以民國山西師范教育為切入點(diǎn),在充分吸收和借鑒前人研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,試圖把區(qū)域社會(huì)史、教育史和政治史的研究方法相結(jié)合,考察民國山西師范教育的歷史演進(jìn),探究在不同歷史階段,山西國民師范學(xué)校、鄉(xiāng)村師范學(xué)校、女子師范學(xué)校等各類師范教育的發(fā)展軌跡及其對(duì)山西社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的影響和作用,希望通過分析山西師范教育自身變革發(fā)展及其對(duì)國家政治、地方政權(quán)、社會(huì)風(fēng)尚以及鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)和民眾生活等方面的影響,透析山西師范教育與山西社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型乃至與中國現(xiàn)代國家建設(shè)的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而考量師范學(xué)校、社會(huì)與國家的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。通過對(duì)民國時(shí)期山西師范教育發(fā)展歷程的考察,既可拓展地方乃至全國師范教育史研究領(lǐng)域,又可豐富師范教育研究的多樣化、個(gè)性化,彰顯其間山西師范教育特色。本研究第一部分主要介紹民國山西師范教育的研究緣起與選題價(jià)值,對(duì)山西師范教育的學(xué)術(shù)史進(jìn)行回顧和總結(jié),確定研究思路、方法架構(gòu)、研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分從兩方面考察了民初全國教育改革與師范教育及山西師范教育構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行,以進(jìn)一步深化對(duì)民國山西師范教育的認(rèn)識(shí)。第三部分圍繞民國山西師范教育的幾種表現(xiàn)形式展開研究,重點(diǎn)考察閻錫山與國民師范的建立和發(fā)展、國民師范內(nèi)部體系建構(gòu)和運(yùn)作機(jī)制以及國民師范運(yùn)行與閻錫山治晉理政之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系;認(rèn)識(shí)山西鄉(xiāng)村師范在現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村秩序重建、教育革新和鄉(xiāng)村改造中的作用;了解山西女子師范教育對(duì)女性覺醒及其對(duì)婦女解放的推動(dòng);進(jìn)而揭示師范學(xué)校的建立和發(fā)展為山西新生命之發(fā)力培育了革命的溫床,推動(dòng)了民國山西地方社會(huì)封建制度的瓦解和新秩序的重建。第四部分是總結(jié)認(rèn)識(shí),從中國現(xiàn)代化訴求中探討師范學(xué)校與地方社會(huì)以及國家之間的關(guān)系。對(duì)民國時(shí)期中國師范教育發(fā)展史從獨(dú)立性的爭辯、職業(yè)化的追求、專業(yè)化的監(jiān)管、免費(fèi)政策的考量等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行檢討與前瞻,同時(shí)亦要從師范學(xué)校這一微觀的研究中,反思民國時(shí)期它與地方社會(huì)乃至與國家層面的復(fù)雜關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Normal education is an important part of the education system, which experienced a difficult and tortuous course of development in the period of the Republic of China during the fierce and turbulent social change and transformation development, the integration of the management to the construction of a pluralistic open system. This study takes the normal education of Shanxi Province in the Republic of China as the starting point and tries to bring the regional social history into consideration on the basis of absorbing and drawing on the previous research achievements. Combining the research methods of educational history and political history, this paper examines the historical evolution of normal education in Shanxi Province in the Republic of China, and probes into the different historical stages, the Shanxi National normal School and the Rural normal School. Women's normal school and other kinds of normal education development track and its impact on the transformation of Shanxi society and the role of the hope through the analysis of Shanxi normal education itself reform and development of national politics, local power. This paper analyzes the relationship between Shanxi normal education and the transformation of Shanxi society and the construction of China's modern country, and then considers the normal school. The interaction between the society and the country. Through the investigation of the development course of normal education in Shanxi during the Republic of China period, it can not only expand the research field of the history of normal education, but also enrich the diversification of the research of normal education. The first part of this study mainly introduces the origin and value of the research on Shanxi normal education in the Republic of China, and reviews and summarizes the academic history of normal education in Shanxi. The second part examines the construction and operation of the national education reform and normal education in the early Republic of China and the normal education in Shanxi Province. In order to further deepen the understanding of normal education in Shanxi Province in the Republic of China. The third part focuses on the establishment and development of Yan Xishan and the national teacher education, focusing on several forms of expression of normal education in Shanxi Province of the Republic of China. The internal system construction and operation mechanism of national normal school and the interactive relationship between the operation of national normal school and the administration of Jin government by Yan Xishan; Understand the role of Shanxi Rural Teachers College in the reconstruction of modern rural order, educational innovation and rural transformation; To understand the female normal education in Shanxi Province on the awakening of women and the promotion of women's liberation; Furthermore, it is revealed that the establishment and development of normal schools have fostered the hotbed of revolution for the new life of Shanxi, and promoted the disintegration of the feudal system of local society and the reconstruction of new order in Shanxi in the Republic of China. Part 4th is a summary of cognition. This paper discusses the relationship between normal schools and local society and the state from the demand of Chinese modernization. It discusses the history of the development of Chinese normal education in the period of the Republic of China from the independence, the pursuit of professionalism, the professional supervision. At the same time, we should reflect on the complicated relationship between the free policy and the local society or even the national level from the microscopic research of normal school.
