【摘要】：目的了解安徽省岳西縣某貧困山區(qū)居民口腔健康狀況,及人們對口腔健康知識的知曉情況,了解當地居民齲病、牙周病的發(fā)病情況,指導開展相關口腔健康保健工作。方法參照《第3次全國口腔健康流行病學抽樣調查方案》,采用普查的調查方法,用SPSS 16.0軟件對數據進行統(tǒng)計分析,齲病以患齲率和齲均數,牙周病以牙齦出血、牙結石和牙周袋的檢出率做為統(tǒng)計指標。結果共調查某貧困山村居民487例,總患齲率為63.66%,受檢者齲均為2.07顆,牙齦出血檢出率為14.37%,牙結石檢出率為95.48%,牙周袋檢出率為16.02%,總體失牙率為72.69%,全口無牙率為1.64%,義齒修復率為5.34%。結論患齲率,牙齦出血、牙結石和牙周袋檢出率和全口無牙率均接近第3次全國口腔健康流行病學抽樣調查結果,但失牙率高、義齒修復率較低,應加強山區(qū)居民口腔健康防治工作,改善貧困山區(qū)居民口腔醫(yī)療條件。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the oral health status of residents in a poor mountainous area of Yuexi County, Anhui Province, and their knowledge of oral health, to understand the incidence of dental caries and periodontitis in local residents, and to guide the development of oral health care. Methods with the reference to the third National sampling Survey of Oral Health Epidemiology, the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. The dental caries were analyzed by the rate of caries and the mean number of caries, and the periodontal diseases by gingival bleeding. The detection rate of dental calculi and periodontal bags was used as a statistical index. Results A total of 487 residents in a poor mountain village were investigated, with a total caries rate of 63.66, a total caries rate of 2.07, a gingival bleeding rate of 14.377,95.48 dental stones, a periodontal bag detection rate of 16.02, a total tooth loss rate of 72.69, a complete tooth free rate of 1.64 and a denture repair rate of 5.34. Conclusion the prevalence of dental caries, gingival bleeding, the detection rate of dental stone and periodontal bag, and the rate of complete dentition are close to the results of the third national oral health epidemiological sampling survey, but the rate of tooth loss is high and the rate of denture repair is lower. It is necessary to strengthen oral health prevention and treatment of residents in mountainous areas and improve the oral medical conditions of poor mountain residents.
