【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)由于生活質(zhì)量提高,在物質(zhì)生活日新月異的背景下,人們?cè)絹?lái)越追求和向往戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)帶來(lái)的新鮮感、刺激感,并樂此不疲的享受在戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的自然環(huán)境之中。無(wú)論是戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)山地項(xiàng)目中的登山還是徒步穿越,還是水上項(xiàng)目中的皮劃艇、溯溪等等項(xiàng)目,在不同的時(shí)間和地域都受到廣大戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好者的青睞。伴隨大量戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好者進(jìn)入到戶外自然環(huán)境中,無(wú)論是個(gè)人、家庭或者團(tuán)隊(duì)出行,無(wú)形之中給自然環(huán)境帶來(lái)了破壞和污染。文章通過大量查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)四川省戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)開展的自然環(huán)境以親身感受的方式進(jìn)行實(shí)地走訪調(diào)查,選取貢嘎雪山、峨眉后山、牛背山、轎頂山的自然環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀作為調(diào)查對(duì)象。走訪過程中對(duì)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好者、俱樂部領(lǐng)隊(duì)進(jìn)行訪談,依據(jù)調(diào)查和訪談分析出現(xiàn)狀、成因以及危害,成因主要表現(xiàn)在不當(dāng)?shù)男袨?環(huán)保知識(shí)、意識(shí)、理念的缺失,傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展理念、片面追求經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,以及戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好者在參與過程中自然環(huán)境保護(hù)教育和培訓(xùn)的缺失等方面;危害主要涉及大氣污染、噪音污染、土地破壞、水體污染、固體廢棄物污染、動(dòng)植物減少的自然環(huán)境污染問題以及片面開發(fā)引起的旅游資源開發(fā)建設(shè)和交通建設(shè)等問題,并提出相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施和建議,如:政府主導(dǎo)性戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)中自然環(huán)境防護(hù)、加強(qiáng)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)中自然環(huán)境防護(hù)教育、社會(huì)組織參與戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)中自然環(huán)境防護(hù)、媒體宣傳加大力度;建議如下:切實(shí)落實(shí)監(jiān)督和處理制度、完善戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)時(shí)自然環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)、建立專業(yè)的戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)與自然環(huán)境防護(hù)志愿者團(tuán)隊(duì)、學(xué)校設(shè)置專門的自然環(huán)境保護(hù)教育課程。以上防護(hù)措施和建議的提出,是為改善四川省戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)自然環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響,提高戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好者在參與活動(dòng)中自然環(huán)境防護(hù)理念,筆者提出的相應(yīng)防護(hù)措施和建議,旨在促進(jìn)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)開展過程中自然環(huán)境防護(hù)方面盡一點(diǎn)綿薄之力,從而為四川省的戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)取得可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, because of the improvement of the quality of life, under the background of material life changing with each passing day, people more and more pursue and yearn for the freshness and excitement brought by outdoor sports, and enjoy the outdoor sports in the natural environment. Whether it is mountain climbing or hiking in outdoor sports, kayaking, backtracking and so on in water sports, it is favored by outdoor sports enthusiasts in different time and region. With a large number of outdoor sports enthusiasts into the outdoor natural environment, whether individual, family or team travel, it has brought damage and pollution to the natural environment. By consulting a large number of relevant documents, this paper makes a field investigation on the natural environment of outdoor sports in Sichuan Province in the way of personal experience, and selects Gongga Snow Mountain, Emei back Mountain, Niubei Mountain, etc. The natural environment of Jianding Mountain is the object of investigation. During the visit, the outdoor sports enthusiasts and club leaders were interviewed, and the status quo, causes and hazards were analyzed based on the investigation and interviews. The causes were mainly reflected in improper behavior, lack of environmental protection knowledge, awareness, and concept. Traditional concept of development, one-sided pursuit of economic benefits, and lack of education and training for outdoor sports enthusiasts in the process of participating in the natural environment protection; harm mainly involves air pollution, noise pollution, land destruction, water pollution, etc. The pollution of solid wastes, the pollution of natural environment caused by the reduction of animals and plants, the problems of tourism resources development and traffic construction caused by one-sided exploitation, etc., and the corresponding protective measures and suggestions are put forward. Such as: government dominant outdoor sports in natural environment protection, strengthen outdoor sports in natural environment protection education, social organizations participate in outdoor sports natural environment protection, media publicity; The suggestions are as follows: implement the supervision and handling system, perfect the real-time monitoring of outdoor sports, set up professional volunteer team of outdoor sports and natural environment protection, and set up special education courses of natural environment protection in schools. The above protective measures and suggestions are put forward to improve the negative impact of outdoor sports in Sichuan Province on the natural environment, and to enhance the concept of natural environment protection for outdoor sports enthusiasts in participating in the activities, and the corresponding protective measures and suggestions are put forward by the author. The purpose of this paper is to promote the protection of natural environment in the process of outdoor sports development, so as to provide a certain reference for the sustainable development of outdoor sports in Sichuan Province.
