【摘要】：證券市場(chǎng)是我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的核心,是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物,我國(guó)的資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展距今已經(jīng)有二十多年的歷史。證券營(yíng)業(yè)部是大眾進(jìn)行證券交易的最基本的場(chǎng)所,也是資本市場(chǎng)的主要參與者,不僅僅是資金融通和金融資源配置的重要中介機(jī)構(gòu),更是進(jìn)行金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、緩解銀行體系危機(jī)的重要平臺(tái)。換句話說(shuō),證券營(yíng)業(yè)部是我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的重要組成部分,它的發(fā)展是我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的一個(gè)縮影。隨著我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)自身不斷的發(fā)展壯大,對(duì)外開(kāi)放的步伐亦在加快,我國(guó)的證券市場(chǎng)在國(guó)際資本市場(chǎng)中的影響力正在顯著加強(qiáng)。但是,隨著我國(guó)的證券行業(yè)進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)化,特別是2001年我國(guó)加入WTO以后,我國(guó)證券行業(yè)所面臨的管理、經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境和遭遇的機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。在這樣的變化下,傳統(tǒng)的證券營(yíng)業(yè)部或許已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的需求,其生存和發(fā)展都將會(huì)受到市場(chǎng)化的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。鑒于此,業(yè)界大佬們根據(jù)我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的特點(diǎn),在借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)理念和制度的基礎(chǔ)上,探討并實(shí)踐出一種新型營(yíng)業(yè)部的模式——一種能打破傳統(tǒng)桎梏的創(chuàng)新型營(yíng)業(yè)部。新型營(yíng)業(yè)部因其經(jīng)營(yíng)成本低廉、市場(chǎng)覆蓋面廣、操作靈活性強(qiáng)、能增強(qiáng)公司的宣傳力度、積累優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶資源等優(yōu)勢(shì),必將成為各家證券公司競(jìng)相追逐的新起點(diǎn)。盡管新型營(yíng)業(yè)部的設(shè)立和經(jīng)營(yíng)還面臨著這樣那樣的問(wèn)題,但機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)總是并存的。如何對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理模式進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,把握發(fā)展機(jī)遇,大型券商如何繼續(xù)保持已有的優(yōu)勢(shì),中小券商又如何借此新機(jī)會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)突破,本文從新型營(yíng)業(yè)部的創(chuàng)新,設(shè)立、管理、經(jīng)營(yíng)面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行深入的研究探討,為新型營(yíng)業(yè)部的設(shè)立、管理、經(jīng)營(yíng)提供新的思考方式;為我國(guó)證券行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展提供新的思維;為我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的健康、穩(wěn)定、科學(xué)、持續(xù)的發(fā)展提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The securities market is the core of the capital market in our country and the inevitable outcome of the development of the market economy. The development of the capital market in our country has a history of more than 20 years. It is also a major participant in the capital market. It is not only an important intermediary for the financing and allocation of financial resources, but also an important platform for preventing financial risks and alleviating the crisis in the banking system. In other words, The securities sales department is an important part of China's capital market, and its development is a microcosm of the development of our country's capital market. With the development of our country's capital market itself, the pace of opening to the outside world is also speeding up. The influence of China's securities market in the international capital market is being strengthened significantly. However, with China's securities industry entering the market, especially after China's entry into WTO in 2001, China's securities industry is faced with the management. The business environment and opportunities and challenges have also changed dramatically. Under such changes, the traditional securities sales departments may no longer be able to meet the needs of market development. Its survival and development will be greatly challenged by marketization. In view of this, according to the characteristics of our country's capital market and on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced ideas and systems, This paper discusses and puts into practice a new type of business department-an innovative business department which can break the shackles of tradition. Because of its low operating cost, wide market coverage and strong operational flexibility, the new business department can enhance the propaganda of the company. Accumulation of high-quality customer resources and other advantages will become a new starting point for various securities companies to chase. Although the establishment and operation of new business departments are still faced with problems of one kind or another, opportunities and challenges always coexist. The management mode carries on the innovation, grasps the development opportunity, how the large-scale securities firm continues to maintain the existing superiority, how to take this new opportunity to realize the breakthrough, this article from the new business department innovation, the establishment, the management, The opportunities and challenges faced by business are studied in depth to provide a new way of thinking for the establishment, management and management of new business departments, new thinking for the innovation and development of the securities industry in China, and a new thinking for the establishment, management and management of new types of business departments, as well as for the innovation and development of the securities industry in China. To provide new ideas for the healthy, stable, scientific and sustainable development of China's capital market.
