建筑業(yè)是項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域中最大、最重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。因此,它需要更加一致和高效的項(xiàng)目生命周期管理來(lái)滿(mǎn)足項(xiàng)目參與者的需求。然而,對(duì)于項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和建筑行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),還要一個(gè)仍然需要關(guān)注的問(wèn)題就是獲得知識(shí)將有助于提高對(duì)基本項(xiàng)目管理程序的理解。項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃在項(xiàng)目績(jī)效監(jiān)督中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。然而,在大多數(shù)全球建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中,它似乎被忽略了。全球建設(shè)項(xiàng)目通常會(huì)繞過(guò)階段性的項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃,沒(méi)有充分認(rèn)識(shí)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與調(diào)度方法的重要性。因此,本研究的另一個(gè)方向就是將最新的管理方法/工具納入項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃領(lǐng)域,以增強(qiáng)對(duì)管理的理解。這種研究方法強(qiáng)調(diào)了按需分析項(xiàng)目合作者對(duì)將項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃模型實(shí)施到應(yīng)用程序中的意識(shí)。本研究分析項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者對(duì)在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施項(xiàng)目排程或規(guī)劃方法的認(rèn)知程度。通過(guò)調(diào)查項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者對(duì)項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的應(yīng)用和實(shí)踐的了解,項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃中的促成因素和障礙的作用和影響,規(guī)劃和調(diào)度中的管理責(zé)任,以及項(xiàng)目干系人對(duì)FEP應(yīng)用的認(rèn)識(shí),來(lái)回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題。本研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法收集巴基斯坦建筑公司的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),利用Kendall的一致性系數(shù)和RII排名對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析。本研究在最后得出的結(jié)論是我們需要更多地關(guān)注影響項(xiàng)目績(jī)效的因素,如管理工...
