【摘要】:伴隨新一輪科技革命的浪潮和國家產業(yè)升級轉型的大趨勢,制造業(yè)面向信息化和智能化的發(fā)展將加速。數(shù)控機床作為制造業(yè)之重,是現(xiàn)代化生產加工的管件,其發(fā)展水平決定了制造業(yè)的先進水平。我國雖然已經在制造業(yè)生產中普遍使用了數(shù)控機床裝備,但與發(fā)達國家制造業(yè)相比,我國多數(shù)生產制造企業(yè)對數(shù)控機床的應用仍不夠充分。目前,制造加工車間對數(shù)控機床運用存在管理程度低、生產過程不透明、存在信息化孤島等問題。制造業(yè)迫切需要探討如何建立完善的數(shù)控設備監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng),提高設備管理效率。針對目前數(shù)控機床在國內的應用現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,本文以西門子SINUMERIK 840D sl數(shù)控機床的控制系統(tǒng)為研究對象,研究基于開源PLC通訊類庫的數(shù)控機床通信技術,并開發(fā)了數(shù)控機床狀態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)對相關技術進行了測試驗證。本文主要工作如下:首先,本文研究了西門子840D sl數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的硬件系統(tǒng)與軟件系統(tǒng)的特點,包括硬件架構方式、硬件連接通訊方式和數(shù)控系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)定義類型與功能作用、840D sl數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā)功能支持,為建立針對840D sl數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集通信方案做準備。其次,本文分析了840D sl數(shù)控系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)有二次開發(fā)功能對數(shù)據(jù)采集通信功能實現(xiàn)的不足之處。結合當前數(shù)控設備PLC應用及PC-PLC通訊技術發(fā)展的基礎上,本文提出了基于PLC數(shù)據(jù)通信實現(xiàn)對數(shù)控機床的數(shù)據(jù)狀態(tài)采集和控制。通過分析PLC通訊協(xié)議和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的特點,本文提出采用合適的第三方通信組件作為設備通訊的底層基礎。最后,在充分分析研究選擇Snap7第三方通訊類庫實現(xiàn)對840D sl數(shù)控系統(tǒng)PLC數(shù)據(jù)通信的可行性基礎上,通過分析數(shù)控機床在生產實際中的數(shù)據(jù)采集和狀態(tài)控制需求,本文設計了基于PLC通訊基礎上的分布式DNC數(shù)控機床狀態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)設計需求特點規(guī)劃了系統(tǒng)架構、數(shù)據(jù)庫架構、應用程序功能實現(xiàn)方式等,并利用840D sl數(shù)控機床實驗臺進行了系統(tǒng)測試,驗證本文提出思路的技術可行性。
[Abstract]:With the new wave of science and technology revolution and the trend of national industrial upgrading and transformation, the development of manufacturing industry towards information and intelligence will be accelerated. As the heavy of manufacturing industry, CNC machine tool is the pipe fittings of modern production and processing. The level of development determines the advanced level of manufacturing industry. Although China has widely used CNC machine tools in manufacturing production, but compared with the manufacturing industry in developed countries. The application of NC machine tools in most manufacturing enterprises of our country is still insufficient. At present, the management of NC machine tools in manufacturing workshops is low and the production process is not transparent. The manufacturing industry urgently needs to explore how to establish a perfect CNC equipment monitoring and management system to improve the efficiency of equipment management. In view of the current application status and development trend of CNC machine tools in China. In this paper, the control system of Siemens SINUMERIK 840D SL CNC machine tool is taken as the research object, and the communication technology of NC machine tool based on open source PLC communication class library is studied. And developed the CNC machine tool status monitoring system to test and verify the relevant technologies. The main work of this paper is as follows: first. This paper studies the characteristics of the hardware and software system of Siemens 840D SL CNC system, including hardware architecture, hardware connection and communication, data definition type and function of numerical control system. The secondary development function of 840D sl NC system is supported to prepare the data acquisition and communication scheme for 840D SL NC system. Secondly. This paper analyses 840D. The deficiency of the secondary development function of sl NC system to realize the data acquisition and communication function. On the basis of the current PLC application of numerical control equipment and the development of PC-PLC communication technology. In this paper, the data state acquisition and control of NC machine tools based on PLC data communication is proposed. The characteristics of PLC communication protocol and monitoring system development are analyzed. This paper proposes to use appropriate third-party communication components as the underlying basis of equipment communication. Finally. On the basis of fully analyzing the feasibility of choosing Snap7 third party communication class library to realize 840D SL NC system PLC data communication. By analyzing the demand of data acquisition and state control of NC machine tool in production practice. In this paper, a distributed DNC CNC machine tool condition monitoring system based on PLC communication is designed. According to the characteristics of the design requirements, the system architecture, database architecture, application function realization mode and so on are planned. The system test is carried out by using 840D SL CNC machine tool test bench, which verifies the technical feasibility of the idea proposed in this paper.
