【摘要】:模具是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家制造水平的重要標(biāo)志,是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。注塑模具作為模具行業(yè)的重要組成部分,其設(shè)計(jì)水平的高低直接影響著塑膠產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和效益。伴隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展,全面推廣CAD/CAE技術(shù)已成為注塑模具發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。本文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外注塑成型技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),以及影響注塑成型技術(shù)的相關(guān)因素,重點(diǎn)對(duì)放大鏡塑件進(jìn)行了注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)和注塑成型過(guò)程的有限元分析。使用UG NX8.5軟件進(jìn)行塑件的三維建模,通過(guò)mold wizard模塊中項(xiàng)目初始化、模具分型、加載模架、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和模具裝配圖等功能的使用,詳細(xì)解讀了注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的整個(gè)流程。運(yùn)用Moldflow軟件對(duì)放大鏡塑件進(jìn)行注塑成型過(guò)程的模擬分析,通過(guò)相關(guān)工藝參數(shù)的設(shè)置,重點(diǎn)對(duì)流動(dòng)阻力分析、充填時(shí)間、流動(dòng)前沿的溫度變化、頂出時(shí)的體積收縮率、冷卻回路的溫度變化、翹曲變形等過(guò)程進(jìn)行了注塑模擬仿真和數(shù)據(jù)分析,并且對(duì)注塑成型過(guò)程中,可能引起的氣穴、熔接線等成型缺陷進(jìn)行了成因分析,為澆注系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)放大鏡模具設(shè)計(jì)的模流分析過(guò)程,提出了基于模流分析對(duì)塑膠產(chǎn)品模具澆口的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,此方法縮短了產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期,對(duì)于塑膠類(lèi)產(chǎn)品模具的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估具有重要的工程參考意義和較好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Mold is an important symbol to measure the manufacturing level of a country, is one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Injection mold as an important part of the mold industry. The level of design directly affects the quality and benefit of plastic products, which is accompanied by the development of industry. Popularizing CAD/CAE technology has become an inevitable trend of injection mold development. This paper briefly introduces the research status and development trend of injection molding technology at home and abroad. As well as the related factors affecting injection molding technology, the emphasis is placed on the design of injection mold and the finite element analysis of injection molding process for magnifying glass plastic parts. The 3D modeling of plastic parts is carried out with UG NX8.5 software. Through the mold wizard module in the project initialization, die parting, loading mold frame, gating system design, mold removal mechanism design, cooling system design and mold assembly drawing and other functions. The whole process of injection mold design is explained in detail. The simulation analysis of injection molding process of magnifying glass plastic parts is carried out by using Moldflow software, and the setting of relevant process parameters is adopted. The flow resistance analysis, filling time, temperature change of the flow front, volume shrinkage of the ejection, temperature change of the cooling loop, warpage and other processes are simulated and analyzed. And the causes of formation defects such as cavitation and welding line are analyzed in the process of injection molding. It lays a theoretical foundation for the design of the gating system and the cooling system. The mold flow analysis process of the magnifying glass die design is carried out. An optimization design method for mold gate of plastic products based on mold flow analysis is proposed. The design results show that the method shortens the product development cycle. It has important engineering reference significance and good application value for the design and evaluation of plastic product mould.
