    前言：以山西省平朔安太堡露天煤礦為例,針對露天礦生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響因素及其資源利用情況,提出了能夠體現(xiàn)露天礦區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境質量與資源利用主要特征的定性、定量評價指標體系,利用層次分析和模糊數(shù)學等方法,對露天礦生態(tài)環(huán)境質量與資源利用進行綜合評價。研究結果表明:礦區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境與資源利用水平由1995年前的5級變?yōu)?000年的4級,又轉為2005年的2級,未來的理想狀況會向1級水平發(fā)展。說明礦區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境質量與資源利用正在向好的方向發(fā)展。
    Based on the influence factors of the opencast coal mine eco-environment and situation of resources utilization,taking Antaibao Opencast Coal Mine of Pingshuo as an example,the paper established the qualitative evaluation index system and comprehensively appraised the eco-environment quality and resources utilization of opencast mine by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy mathematics,etc.The result shows that the ecological environment and utilization of resources of mining area of Antaibao Op...
