【摘要】：研制了國家級水質(zhì)鈹標準物質(zhì),作為水體中鈹分析檢測的質(zhì)量控制標準。依據(jù)國家標準樣品工作導則的技術(shù)要求,制備鈹標準物質(zhì);采用原子吸收分光光度法對樣品進行均勻性和穩(wěn)定性研究;以多個實驗室協(xié)作分析定值的統(tǒng)計結(jié)果確定標準值,并進行不確定度評估。鈹標準物質(zhì)均勻性良好,穩(wěn)定性可達36個月以上;樣品量值準確,與國內(nèi)同種標準物質(zhì)進行比對具有可比性。研制的鈹標準物質(zhì)符合國家標準物質(zhì)的技術(shù)要求,已批準為國家級標準物質(zhì),可用于水質(zhì)鈹元素檢測的質(zhì)量控制、分析方法研究以及分析實驗室能力驗證等方面。
[Abstract]:The national beryllium reference material for water quality was developed as the quality control standard for beryllium analysis and detection in water. According to the technical requirements of national standard sample working guidelines, beryllium standard material was prepared, and the uniformity and stability of the sample were studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The standard value is determined by the statistical results of cooperative analysis of several laboratories, and the uncertainty is evaluated. Beryllium reference material has good uniformity and stability of more than 36 months, and the sample value is accurate and comparable with the same domestic reference material. The developed beryllium standard material meets the technical requirements of the national standard material and has been approved as the national standard material. It can be used for the quality control, analytical method research and analytical laboratory ability verification of beryllium element detection in water quality.
