甲醇為碳源短程反硝化亞硝酸鹽積累特性
[Abstract]:By inoculation of short-range denitrification sludge with stable accumulation of sub-nitrate nitrogen (NO_2~--N) during denitrification, different C / N ratios (C / N) were studied by batch test with methanol as carbon source. The concentration of nitrate nitrogen (NO_3~--N) and the characteristics of NO_2~--N accumulation in the process of short-range denitrification were studied. The experimental results show that the highest accumulation rate of NO_2~--N is 89% when C N is 2.5, and NO_2~--N will not be reduced. When C _ (N) was 3 ~ 5, NO_2~--N accumulated to the maximum value and began to decrease, but there was no significant difference in NO_2~--N maximum accumulation and specific denitrification rate. When the concentration of NO_3~--N is in the range of 14.91~82.58mg/L, the higher the concentration of NO_3~--N is, the lower the C _ (N) required by the theory of maximum accumulation rate of NO_2~--N is. When the concentration of NO_3~--N is less than 58.71mg/L, the specific NO_3~--N reduction rate and the specific NO_2~--N accumulation rate increase with the increase of NO_3~--N concentration. At pH 7, NO_2~--N accumulation, specific NO_3~--N reduction rate and specific NO_2~--N accumulation rate were the highest, which were 24.49 mg / L and 18.96 (mg/ (g VSS 路h), respectively. 18.91 (mg/ (g VSS 路h),) followed by pH 6, 8, 9.p H, 5 and 10:00, short-range denitrification was almost impossible. This study can provide theoretical basis for the realization and application of short-range denitrification.
