基于活動量的疏港卡車大氣污染物排放研究

【摘要】:疏港卡車作為港區(qū)重要排放源之一,同時又是港區(qū)與城市聯(lián)系的橋梁,其大氣污染物排放成為近期學者研究的熱點。以港口城市為邊界、以疏港卡車為研究對象,通過分析整理國內(nèi)外文獻,結(jié)合實際調(diào)研結(jié)果,利用疏港卡車在港與在疏港大道的活動強度、排放因子與車輛保有量,構(gòu)建基于活動量的沿江(河)港區(qū)疏港卡車排放清單編制方法以及本地化大氣污染物社會成本標準。以南京港龍?zhí)都b箱港區(qū)(NPLC)疏港卡車為例進行實證分析,結(jié)果表明:(1)疏港卡車大氣污染物排放中NOx占主導地位,以疏港大道為節(jié)點時年排放57 t;(2)疏港卡車是港區(qū)CO_2排放首要貢獻源;(3)邊界的選擇對排放量影響較大;(4)疏港卡車大氣污染物總社會成本估算為1 992 292美元/a。在對研究結(jié)果及成因進行分析和討論的基礎上,提出疏港卡車減排建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the important emission sources of port area, truck is also a bridge between port area and city. The emission of atmospheric pollutants has become a hot spot of recent scholars, taking port city as the boundary. Taking the open port truck as the research object, through the analysis and collation of the domestic and foreign literature, combined with the actual investigation results, using the open port truck in the port and in the open port road activity intensity, emission factor and vehicle ownership. Based on the activity quantity, the method of compiling truck emission inventory and the social cost standard of localized air pollutants in the open port area along the Yangtze River (River) Port are constructed. The case study of open port truck is carried out. The results show that NOx plays a dominant role in the air pollutant emission of open port trucks, and the annual discharge is 57 t when the open port road is the node. (2) truck is the main contribution source of CO_2 emission in port area; (3) the choice of boundary has a great influence on the emission; 4) the total social cost of air pollutants in the truck is estimated to be US $1,992,292 / a. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results and the causes, the paper puts forward a proposal to reduce the emissions of the truck in the open port.
